Basically there is nothing in the room, the TV is not smart and only have a handful channels in english. the hotel is on the lake but the room provided to me did not have any view of the lake. There is no thermostat for temperature control. The toilet is very basic. I think this hotel is unnecessarily over rated. I would rather stay at another hotel in the area.

Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt. Personal war immer für uns da Essen war reichlich auch Frühstück war gesund und lecker Zimmer waren mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt

Idyllisch gelegen am Faulen See und Rand des Schlossparks. Stadt ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar, die Bushaltestelle aber auch nicht weit. Zimmer sind gepflegt und modern eingerichtet. Gutes Boxspringbett, Kühlschrank vorhanden. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist die freie Sicht ins Bad. Man kann dies mit einem Vorhang ausblenden. Leckeres Frühstück mit Blick auf den See. Die Bar und Terrasse ist bis 22 Uhr geöffnet. Parkplätze vorhanden. Schöne Sauna mit Ruheräumen drinnen und draußen.

Amazing woman helping us check in. She saw how our baby was overly excited and gave him drawing pen and paper. Made him calm. She deserves 10 stars alone! She has a three year old at home. I did not catch her name. Reward her

Check-in was OK once we figured out the digital entry system they use. The hotel is close to the river, but much of the downtown (old town) was a bit of a drive. It worked out for us because we had a rental car. Not sure how it would work for someone who relies on public transport. Or stay was great.

Great stay The room is really nice with a beautiful view into the park. The only issue is no air conditioning or fans. Otherwise we loved it and the restaurant was great. As a plus it is within walking distance to schloss schwerin and the gardens
