Great staff, easy driv8ng distance to shops a d restaurants. The con. The rooms have no view of any mountain ranges. Not what i expecred despite ordering camel back mountain view

The resort is so peaceful. The property is beautiful and relaxing. The food was great. There are multiple restaurants to choose from. The staff are very helpful and polite.

We come to Scottsdale because of the Omni….and we come to Omni because of Prado. To go even further, we come to Prado because of the amazing staff. A big thank you to Oli, Adam and Johnathan for two perfect dinner experiences. The food is always amazing and menu seems to have something new every visit. Out of all the lovely spots to have an evening in Paradise Valley, Prado at the Montelucia is still number 1 in our book.

A beautiful property and we had a wonderful and relaxing time. The room was lovely - I worked out in the health facility and it was beautiful. Took a yoga class that was excellent. The Prado restaurant was exquisitie - loved the service and the food. We had Javier as our waiter and he was awesome. overall a great stay. Beautiful surroundings, we went for a bike ride and hike in the area and enjoyed it immensely

We just stayed at Montelucia for 11 days over the Thanksgiving holiday. During that time the elevator up to our floor was never cleaned. It had drips of food or grease and several globs of string on the floor the whole 11 days. The body lotion was never replaced in the bathroom for the entirety of our stay and our bed wasn't made on four different days. The staff was helpful and pleasant but the level of maintenance was definitely a disappointment. Management needs to step it up and be more hands on. We stayed at this hotel 5 years ago and it was a wonderful experience. We were sad to see the level of detail decline. Not sure if we'll be back.

Sadly we had to check out soon after we arrived because the resort was not up to our 5 star expedition. They were understanding enough and refunded us.
