Holiday Inn Club Vacations SCOTTSDALE RESORT by IHG

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. The location of our accommodation is within 10-15 minutes to everything that we needed and easy access to the highways. Our room was in the 2nd floor overlooking the adult pool so the location was perfect. We will return!

Good overall. High pressure to sign up for a time to go to a timeshare presentation. The kids pool/splashpad needs fixing. Bucket doesn’t fill or dump, squirt guns don’t work, and the double slide was detached from the platform so it was roped off. Super clean water in all 4 pools. No trash anywhere. Nice kids activities

Customer service was not good. My room was dirty and when I told staff they just said oh sorry. The pool longers on the kid side of the pool are rusted out I layed on one and fell cut myself on the rusted back of the lounger cut my finger and was just offered a bandaid. My family had 5 rooms and thats the service that was given.terrible terrible never again.

Room was very spacious. We had a room by the adult pool (which was a bonus). If i come back to Arizona, I would definitely stay here.

Kids loved the four pools and slides. Liked that the villas had a full kitchen with all the kitchen necessities, loved everything about this resort. 10/10 would recommend

It’s a very family friendly hotel. We loved the idea that our room was just a short walk from the pool and breakfast area, which made everything very convenient. The room was kept clean.

It was even more beautiful than the pictures. The pools were all clean and warm, the room was larger than we expected and the staff were all friendly and helpful.

I booked a different room at a different hotel because the room smelled (it smelled like cleaning products, but it was such a bad smell mixed with old musty aor) and mosquitos in our room. The idea of the property is nice. We swam in the pool when it opened but it got really gross as the day went on. There is a Mexican restaurant, which gave us water with bugs in it. The kids activity center was great and clean. But, everything else (restaurant, rooms) needs a good cleaning.

Staff was super helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Loved the pools and hot tubs however we did notice grime buildup on the tiles of all the pools we visited. Not a huge issue but an area of improvement. Would love a sign at the pool that reminds guests that towels are in the rooms for people that are staying there for the first time and don’t know that the pool areas don’t have the towels. Beautiful property to walk around and many different amenities to enjoy.
