Please note that the house is interconnected with a steel security door and each side has its own deadbolt lock. Outdoor Amenities The backyard is a shared space and includes: Outdoor seating Outdoor showers BBQ grills Parking There is plenty of free street parking directly in front and across the street. Once you arrive, you can leave your car parked and walk to just about everything. Starter Kit We provide a starter kit of paper products. Hosting Larger Groups? Small to medium-sized dogs that don’t shed are welcome with a pet fee. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate large or aggressive breeds. Expectations & Rules Guest Requirements Per Seaside Ordinance #179 & 55-3, the primary guest must be at least 25 years old and staying on-site during the rental period. We kindly ask that the names, ages, and addresses of all guests be shared prior to check-in. For groups including guests under 21, the Borough of Seaside Park requires signed consent forms from a parent or guardian. To maintain a quiet and respectful environment, outside visitors are not permitted. Groups made up entirely of guests under 21, or those exceeding the number of registered guests, may be unable to check in. Subleasing & Third-Party Bookings For safety and consistency, reservations must be made by someone staying at the property. Subleasing or transferring a booking to another party is not permitted. Our stay in Seaside Park This is a very convenient location. Close to the boardwalk yet far enough away to enjoy the peaceful area of Seaside Park. A short walk to the bay and the beautiful sunset. Check in was a breeze. The kitchen and laundry room were great. The living room is wide open and spacious.
