The hotel isn't far from the airport and was super easy to find. They have a shuttle bus that runs every 20 minutes, but you need to call the hotel first for pick-up. We were too lazy to wait and just walked there in less than 15 minutes. For our connecting flight the next day, the shuttle bus was really convenient.

I've typically had good experiences with DoubleTree hotels but it felt as though this hotel was only a DoubleTree in name. The quality of the room was poor with exposed panels, wall paper peeling off the walls, just everything being extremely old and outdated. This did not meet expectations especially considering the price being over $120 a night.

The hotel is super convenient for the airport; you can even walk there, though with luggage, taking the shuttle bus is definitely better, and there are plenty of them. The hotel is a bit old, and the facilities are dated, but the rooms are still decent. Its main draw is definitely the convenience.

This bad review is for Trip.com. Before this trip, I booked this hotel, which Trip.com promoted prominently, without checking other reviews. On the day of check-out, at 4 AM, they quietly deducted over 40 USD. Only after checking the reviews did I realize that parking at this hotel costs over 40 USD per night?! I've booked many hotels in the US/Canada before, and never once have I been charged for parking, and even stranger, it was over 40 USD. There are already many negative reviews in the comments section, yet Trip.com still hasn't prominently warned customers to avoid this trap. Honestly, I'll definitely try to use Trip.com as little as possible in the future. This is no longer just about the money; it's about helping the hotel rip off customers!
