Comfort Inn & Suites Sea-Tac Airport Reviews

We enjoyed our stay at Comfort Inn and Suites SeaTac. It was a fairly short hike to the light rail station and near a few restaurants. The breakfast had adequate options and beverages. The front desk staff was helpful and the free airport shuttle was much appreciated!

The staff and cleaners are absolutely wonderful! Their friendly demeanor really stood out to me. This experience has definitely made it my top choice for my next visit!

I booked this hotel for just a sleep over the night as the layover time was too long. So location and the shuttle bus were very important. However, The airport shuttle was a bit inconvenient. There was no attention and services to accommodate the guests’s departure. There were too many people who had to get on the shuttle and the shuttle was not almost unable to accommodate us all. Some had to sit on the floor and squeeze in between seats. It would have been convenient if the staff checked the departure time/need of the shuttles when the guests checked in so that they could have been arranged the shuttles sufficiently and efficiently.

Quiet place. Nice location. Breakfast good. Room clean. Has the charm of the 1980s 😁 i like that somehow

Good place to stay in Seatac area

This was a re-booking/extension of my previous stay. I asked for a bigger room as my partner would join me. The hotel agreed to make the change. But right in the middle of the transaction, the hotel owner pushed the clerk aside and said I couldn’t change rooms in a rude, authoritarian voice. The rest of the stay, the owner had a stubborn attitude that would work fine for the military but not the hospitality industry. This was in top of a musty smell throughout the building, and cleaning of the room every 3 days only. I’m disappointed in the stay and won’t return here.

Great place for overnight to catch a flight. Older facility (which is fine, did smell musty), extremely small elevator (limit 2 people) so if everyone is leaving when you are take the stairs, shuttle great but only runs once every hour, night staff we extremely pleasant and helpful, morning staff was more interested in looking at his phone not helping.

The breakfast was just the right amount and variety. The make-yourself waffles were delicious. The free shuttle was also very punctual, which was helpful. The receptionist's attitude was a bit off, as they seemed to be just telling me everything they wanted to say (lacking in customer service), but everything else was fine.
