NOTE: Their airport shuttle stops at a very early 7PM. I chose the hotel based on shuttle pickup, and instead, had to pay for a taxi, which meant I could have stayed in a nicer hotel, which DID provide evening shuttle service, for same expenditure. That said, the counter employee was helpful and friendly.

- Pros: Cheaper than any other hotels near airport. Walking distance from/to airport within 17 mins. - Cons: Old furniture and facility. The shuttle bus is only runs between 7am and 7pm.

This is a pros and cons situation. It depends on your choices. The pros are the excelent location and cheap price. The cons are the hotel in the stage that needed to renovate very badly and that why the rooms are smelly and no much amenities around.

You get what you pay for. The location is just walkable to Sea/tac airport, not a big problem. Here comes the problems: my room has one dead roach in the drawer, at least 5 roaches in the bathroom, and not just once but several times. The bed sheet is old and not the most clean, the blanket is dirty and pilling. There is a food bag underneath my bed, dirty carpet, not hair dryer, no elevator for a 3 story hotel. No room maintenance during my stay, the towels are wear out and dirty. But the hotel is really cheap and very close the airport, location is the key. If you can ensure the "uncleaness", the price is right. This hotel is for you. Otherwise, keep away from it.

It is fine for the price. Pick up shuttle has limited hours. Walls are thin …… but it is fine.

It was not bad . Clean enough for the price … ^^ wouldn’t mind stay again..
