My Seaton friends local pub. Went 25th March 2024 to hear Lady Srarduzt. She was fantastic. Singing 70's rock for 3 hours. The bar was packed but the staff were very quick serving. They had a smile with a few nice words. Have eaten in the restaurant on a previous visit. Food very good 👍. A lovely pub. Thank you Eyre's Court.

Well worth staying here. We were in room 5 which looks out over the conservatory at the back of the hotel. The bed was comfy, and the room was a reasonable size. The only meal served was breakfast (which was cooked to order so always hot) but this was due to us staying out of season. There are, however, plenty of places to eat. The staff were friendly and were particularly helpful when I emailed to let them know that I had left an item of clothing in our room. It was packed up and sent the following day, arriving within 2 days. Terrific service.

Don’t be mislead into thinking this is a hotel, it’s a pub with rooms ( which we were aware of) we were staying here as a group of friends. on arrival told that the pub no longer served food apart from breakfast but that the bar would be open until 11pm. Shown to our room passed a huge room which I imagine used to a dining room, now piled high with junk and broken furniture.! The conservatory shown in the photos is also just a dumping ground for junk and is not accessible for guests. Rooms were clean and had been presented nicely, but decor very tired and some mould in the shower, carpets very well worn.. the bed was very soft and lumpy, and pillows flat, all of the above is manageable if you are paying £85 or so for the room, but at £145 for one night, in October is exceptionally poor value for money. As a group approx 15 of us, we went out for dinner as we couldn’t eat at the pub, and on arriving back at 10.30 ordered a drink each .. at about 10.50 bell was rung for what we thought was last orders so went to by another to be told, no that meant they had closed the bar, and we had ten minutes to drink up and return to our rooms.. bar man then proceeded to stand over our group waiting for us to go to our rooms, this on top of the shabby state of the hotel really ruined our stay. Would definitely not recommend.

Had a great stay at the Eyre Court Hotel. Easy to find close to the shore. It’s also a pub and you can enter from either side. Didn’t hear any noise once I was in my room, and there’s a separate lounge area for guests. Enjoyed the sea view room and from the Room and en suite spotless, and great service from the staff. No complaints or suggestions.

The location is great for exploring Seaton, minutes from the beach front and nicely nestled in the heart of the town amongst shops and other eateries. The room had everything you need to make your stay comfortable and I'd recommend requesting the one with the free standing bath tub as this was amazing! (Still has a shower too). The food served onsite is good and well priced, the same with the drinks if using the bar area. There's a a great outdoor space so you can enjoy drinks in the sun too. The hotel staff were all extremely friendly and accommodating and I'd highly recommend staying at the Eyre, it was fantastic value for money especially with breakfast included. Would stay again.

Eyre Court is well located in the centre of Seaton and almost a stones through from the promenade. It is well signposted around the one way system to get into the car park from the back of the hotel. There are a limited number of parking spaces but we managed to find a spot for each of the four nights of our stay. Our room was comfortable and although there were a lot of people enjoying evening drinks outside there was minimal disturbance later in the evening at bedtime. Unfortunately for the first three nights of our stay the hotel/pub was still without a chef and was not serving food. The choice of cereals and other items was very limited at Breakfast although the cooked breakfasts were excellent with locally sourced ingredients. All the staff were very friendly and ensured we had a comfortable stay.

Central location, but quiet, parking on site. A few mins from the beach and tramway. Cosy older style rooms. Very pleasant staff and a good bar. Limited food other than breakfast? Breakfast was excellent, as was the service. Not luxurious, but a comfortable stop. Let down 1 star by the poor shower- scalding hot or freezing, you could burn yourself easily- electric shower gamble... Would stay again.

Had a two night stay with friends to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Had a "luxury room". The only difference between this room and our friends' basic room was that we had a bath which does not warrant an extra £50! The room itself was nice but you can see it has had damp problems, mould marks around the windows and in the bathroom. A large window to open window would also have been good because of the heat, the small windows didn't help. and I felt claustrophobic. This must also be a health and safety hazard because if there was a fire outside our room we had no means of escape? I did ask for a fan which they gave me and that helped slightly with the heat. We chose to have dinner there on the night of our anniversary. This ended up being a disaster because although we were on the same table, we paid separately (at the same time) but apparently the chef deals with the tickets as they come in. Ours must have gone in amongst others, as me and my husband had finished our dinners before our friends' arrived! A big disappointment! We had also heard people the night before saying they had been waiting over an hour for their food. Definitely some better management needed. The breakfast however was really good and the lady that took the orders was lovely. This pub/hotel could be brilliant with better management and the rooms/hallway/stairs updating.
