Asked to change payment type for parking car but they seemed to have charged the card that was already on file which resulted us in paying extra surcharge.

Great location and very convenient for getting around. The facilities are a little dated, but the service is very prompt. The restaurant downstairs is delicious.

The hotel is a bit old, probably because it's been around for a while, but it was still decent for the price. The bathroom door creaks when you open and close it, and the toilet flush is really loud.

Can't say that I would stay here again. First, the positives: Great location close to Pike Place and the train to get to Lumen. Front desk staff on arrival and leaving were friendly. Now the negatives: Sent an email a week ahead that never got answered. Ended up calling 2 days before arrival and asked about early check-in. No option for early check-in guarantee but was told "wouldn't be a problem" to check in 2 hours earlier than the 4:00 standard. Finally got an email at 4:05 that our room was ready. Needless to say, it really messed up our plans. Second, walls are paper thin. Had some influencer type wake us up at 1am recording his vlog or whatever. The one pair of free ear plugs just didnt cut it. Thirdly, I understand it is an old building but the upkeep and maintenance was lacking. Fourth, absolutely no clothes storage at all. Fine for an overnight stay but for multi-night stays, it got tiring living out of the suitcase. Fifth, parking is $45 a night to self-park a block away. And finally, not sure if they are the same owners but the bar/restaurant downstairs for guests had HORRIBLY slow service. Definitely not a perk to staying here. All in all, 2 stars. Won't stay again.

When we went to stay there the pictures did not match online. The shower head attached to the wall was coming off and when asked what they could do about it (the shower head coming off the wall and the pictures not matching online) they didn't offer an alternative room and said they couldn't repair the shower head until after we leave because of how long the caulking takes to dry. The walls were painted white and was on the carpets as well. I would not recommend staying here.

Honestly, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room was freezing when I arrived, and the heater was so old it barely worked. I ended up calling the front desk several times between 9–11 PM just to get a portable heater, which was really frustrating. On top of that, the room didn’t feel clean and was very outdated. There were even mosquitoes, which was the last thing I expected in April. A lot of things were clearly not maintained—the shower head, the plugs, and other parts of the room just didn’t seem properly fixed. The sink barely had any water pressure, and the windows wouldn’t fully close, so you could hear all the street noise (even with earplugs). Flushing the toilet was unbelievably loud, honestly louder than launching a rocket. The power also cut out right after I used the hair dryer, which just added to the overall experience. Parking was expensive and not very convenient when it came to getting to the rooms. The only positives were the great location, a nice view, and decent breakfast. But overall, I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it.

While the location was good, the room was cold and could not get warm. The shower would not turn hot. Front desk was not accommodating in trying to help us with the shower.

Overall, it was a decent stay. Front Desk Service: Satisfied. Check-in is self-service, but when I ran into some issues, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Luggage storage is free. For breakfast, you get a voucher from the front desk to use at a café next door—it’s a hot breakfast and quite satisfying. Amenities: Includes a hairdryer, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. No slippers or toothbrushes, which is standard. However, the heater didn't blow hot air, only room-temperature air. Location & Atmosphere: The surrounding area is great—Target, the Gum Wall, and Pike Place Market are all within walking distance, which was a huge plus. Inside, although renovated, the hotel still feels quite dated. I’d say it aligns with the price, but there was some hidden dust in the corners of the room. Tip: I recommend taking an Uber. The hotel is located on a steep hill, and walking up with luggage would be a nightmare.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help, offering assistance whenever needed and making me feel truly welcomed. The room was spotless and very well maintained, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The facilities were also excellent, with everything thoughtfully provided and well organized. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

The hotel is centrally located, which is convenient for transportation. However, parking is quite expensive due to a 24% tax. The front desk staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was a simple continental style. One downside was the significant noise at night, which made sleeping difficult.

The hotel is in good location and have a good service. overall it’s a nice hotel for my seattle trip

The location was great and the cleanliness was good. It was a bit disappointing that only cold water came out of the shower, but everything else was perfect!

The room is spacious, but the air conditioning is centrally controlled, so you can only turn it on or off; you can't adjust the temperature.
