The property was nice. The showers could be updated. However, we were charged an additional fee upon arrival which we were never notified about, and we were told after being charged the hold for a deposit fee on the card, Once we went to the desk and asked what it was on the credit card, they said that a portion of it would not be refunded, and that was called a destination fee. Unacceptable

The hotel has a fantastic location, about a five-minute walk from Pike Place Market, with lots of trendy shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was kind and accommodating. That said, I was disappointed that amenities such as the golf simulator and sauna were unavailable during my stay, even though the destination fee was still required. Its restaurant, All Water Seafood & Oyster Bar, was underwhelming and not worth the price. The fish and chips and chowder were terrible. I’d suggest exploring the nearby restaurants instead.

The hotel has a great location and new facilities. I was a little unhappy that the room I was assigned faced an office building, but otherwise, there were no problems!
