Overall, it's pretty good. The location is excellent, making it convenient to take the subway or bus. You can also walk to the famous Pike Place Market in about ten minutes.

Location is great, close to every where, front seat lack of staff, Bell desk not manned, had to wait for long time. Staff is friendly. Cleaning is good but forgot to put small hand towels and forgot to replenish the coffee and creamer one day.

Booked this hotel in downtown Seattle. It's a 10-minute walk to the Convention Center and 20 minutes to Pike Place Market, which is super convenient. The facilities are decent, but I'm having some issues with the deposit, currently in negotiations.

I stayed at this hotel for a total of 9 days during my Seattle trip. The room was spacious and the bed was large and comfortable. It's conveniently located for sightseeing, though walking uphill to some attractions can be a bit tiring. It was great to have water available in the lobby downstairs.

Check in and out was smooth. The rooms are clean and well kept. We enjoyed our stay. It was convenient to walk around downtown. And close to metro. Will recommend.

Clean, well located, nice room and gym. The soundproofing between rooms wasn’t great (or we had a loud neighbour that spoke at high volume from 6am). Beware in the bar, they put an 18% automatic service charge on the bill and then ask for a tip again when you pay with your card! They made it hard to find the 0% button which was cheeky when we already paid the 18% charge once! That was my main reason for making it a 4/5, management, you should look at that, it’s poor practice.
