I stayed at this hotel for a total of 9 days during my Seattle trip. The room was spacious and the bed was large and comfortable. It's conveniently located for sightseeing, though walking uphill to some attractions can be a bit tiring. It was great to have water available in the lobby downstairs.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to commercial areas, making shopping super convenient. Transportation is also easy, and the service attitude was great; they helped us find things we wanted to do, which made us very happy 😃.

Much better than I thought. Great location, very close to Pike Place Market. The service was so-so — I called for slippers and a toothbrush, but they didn’t arrive even after an hour, so I went to the front desk to get them myself. The front desk staff, however, were very helpful.

The hotel is good for us. And safe. The receptionist was very professional. There was a tall boy with a full beard who was very handsome. He added me as a member and upgraded my room type for free. I will definitely come again on my next business trip. Oh, okay one more.. Nice view from window.

I arrived at the hotel before check-in time, and the front desk staff was kind enough to let me check in early. The room was neat and clean. The only downside was the poor soundproofing between connecting rooms.
