The service was excellent, and the hotel was spotlessly clean. The location is superb, putting many popular attractions within easy walking distance. My only minor gripe was how tiny the room was, haha!

We arrived late, but got a Friendly welcome and my son was still able to order a tasty snack. The iPad was missing from our room so we navigated all the amenities using the app and they comp’d us a free breakfast.

The best and most lowkey location if you wanna visit 90% of Seattle! Friendly and efficient check-in. Real cool lobby. I wish I had used it a little more. Didn't eat or drink there since I was meeting up friends for dinner around town. Several cafés in the area are worth treating yourself to. Checkout was the easiest process I've ever had. Rooms look a bit cyberpunk/capsule hotel adjacent, but you sleep well and have pretty much everything you need [unless you need a desk for work or something]. Some things to note: Lights are a bit tricky to dim since they cycle brightness. It would have been great to leave one light on and dim the rest with the power saving feature [also just to keep up the night curtain and lower the day curtain, so I'm not walking in a pitch black room after dinner]. Why not 5 stars all around? The shower door didn't/couldn't shut all the way, so I used the towels to mop up the wet bathroom floor. Asked at kiosk for extra towels... they never came. At least the floor dried up before I left. Maybe if I made my request using the iPad, it would have happened. This obstacle made my stay not as good as it could have been, but I made do [there are add'l restrooms on the basement level, fortunately].

Loved my stay at CitizenM. The team was super helpful when I arrived early and I stored my luggage until checkin. I loved that you could choose what sort of room you wanted at checkin and the iPad controls were a nice experience! I had a great view over the city - the perfect way to wake up!

This property has its pros and cons. It definitely has a certain demographic that it plays to, or is probably more tuned in to. That demographic is young people in their 20s and maybe early 30s. It’s very hip and clubby like. PROS Clean Polite and helpful staff Extremely comfy beds Priced nicely for a smaller budget Decorated very college dorm like Technology was pretty cool CONS Ridiculously small rooms The bed is against the wall on one side so you have to crawl over your partner to get out of bed. There is no parking. It’s very expensive on the street or in a lot. The hotel does not have its own parking.  You kind of feel like you’re in a club with the kind of music they use as background music. 

The location is excellent, and the vibe is futuristic and fun. The staff are very helpful. The only thing I found a bit inconvenient was that everything is controlled by an iPad, although there are a few basic buttons on the wall.

First time staying at citizenm, it didn’t disappoint one bit! The staff was super friendly and helpful, i would definitely return to citizen m in the future!

It was clean and pleasant, with a modern vibe. Breakfast was decent too. Self-check-in was available, and although early check-in wasn't an option, I was able to drop off my luggage beforehand.

Housekeeping service needs to be scheduled. While the location is good, some facilities were prone to breaking down. Staff were also very slow to respond to repair requests; for example, a faulty power outlet in my room was still not fixed by the time I checked out.

Always the same experience and always pretty solid. Could be cheaper for what it is but you won’t get nasty surprises here and I’ll always choose this place.

Very nice room and convenient location.

Small but perfectly formed. The room is compact, but perfectly sufficient for a solo traveler. While the facility maintenance isn't quite up to New York standards, I'm generally satisfied.

This is an amazing spot in a great location. The room was small but comfortable, clean and just what you need. The bar and lobby are gorgeous! We were a bit disappointed by the food and the service at the bar. We ordered fries and it seemed to take forever to come out. When we asked about the order we were told the one person in the kitchen was working as fast as he could. The bar tender was not friendly and could have used some help behind the bar. Basically understaffed bar and kitchen and the lack of options for better liquor would have improved my score. The fries were pretty terrible when they came out and burnt. Otherwise a lovely stay .
