"Do not book this hotel.
The hotel doesn't have a formal front entry and the taxi dropped us with luggage in the back, we walked a long way to get to the 19F front desk after dark. Trip.com didn't specifically mention this. Don't expect any welcome from arrival with your luggage. Rooms, corridors, and even front desks extremely dark you can hardly see anyone's face at Concierge.
Front desks staff English level is bad. One female staff with a long fringe was asked to book a sushi restaurant, first she booked a Yen32,000 per head Ritz-Carlton place, and then called me. I declined and said cancel that, she said will find another, she never call again. Then the blonde guy came to my room suddenly and replied a Sushi restaurant is booked and looked impatient. He showed me his phone with a picture of the restaurant, I took a picture.
On 25 December 2025, the Blonde guy told me it was not possible to even call a taxi to stop at the building B3 driveway or ground level at a particular time, and I have to get a cab standing out in the on the street with 5 degrees outside in the dark. Later on, I went up physically and asked another Japanese female staff who said she would call a taxi for me arriving at B3 at 6.35pm, and then, I went back in my room suddenly the blonde guy called at 6.25pm and told us it arrived. What happens to the Japanese staff who promised to let me know at 630pm the car plate? I had to rushed down with my child and partner to the taxi who didn't even stop at the correct address of the restaurant. I suspect they concocted this on purpose because we looked like Chinese.
When checking in, that same fringed hair staff seemed uncertain if I have booked and paid two rooms and didn't tell me the wifi passwords or any Restaurant Reservation Terms for booking a restaurant.
On 5pm, 27 December 2025, I called the front and asked to confirm again about my sushi restaurant booking time. A Japanese local guy said he would check. And then the fringed woman suddenly came to my room, and gave me a piece of paper called the Restaurant Reservation Terms, but she couldn't explain what's going on and didn't use her translator machine. It was not shown to me at the time I asked her to book a restaurant.
After not knowing what had happened, the front desk local Japanese male staff called back and said the hotel front desk (apparently the fringed woman and the blonde guy) both booked restaurant for us and one is for 630pm and one is 7pm, one is a branch restaurant and one is the main restaurant! That explained why the fringed woman who messed up gave me that piece of Terms and seemingly tried to have me pay the penalty for her and her blonde colleague's mistake of double booking. No wonder she looked dubiously sly when she gave me that Terms.
This only came to my realization because I rang at 5pm to confirm time!
The only pros: is that the head table next to the bed is movable, close to shopping and the massage ladies were good, but no mention in Trip.com that in-room massage is available by demand.
The fact that no hotel specific car drive entry is omitted in the hotel website and in Trip.com. In the end we had to speak to the manager who apologized for all the mess and frustrations created by the staff team for my family holiday."
