Residence Inn Secaucus Meadowlands

Everything was satisfactory, however the gym could use a little more weights instead of all the cardio. A little more variety. The lobby was very nice and I like that it is fairly close to the bus line to the port authority.

breakfast was good, only a few items but it was more than enough. Kitchen had everything you would need to cook/prepare a meal.

We initially booked our stay at Harmony Suite, but after checking in we experienced several issues. We tried to resolve them with the manager, but unfortunately the discussion wasn’t helpful and nothing was resolved. Because of that, we decided to cancel our reservation. After leaving, we went to Residence Inn and spoke with the manager there. From the moment we arrived, they took great care of us. The staff was welcoming and professional, the room was excellent, and everything,from the service to the food was outstanding. Residence Inn will definitely be my new place to stay whenever I visit. A big thank you to everyone on the team for turning a stressful situation into a great experience. Also worth mentioning: when we were having trouble earlier, ********** wasn’t much help, and we couldn’t rely on them for support.

Told them the stench in the hall and the engineer acted like he didnt smell it or he was used to it.

Room was OK but a little run-down and could have been a bit cleaner. I also did not like the fact that the hotel does not do housekeeping service until after the 2nd night of a stay. So you are stuck reusing towels unless you request more towels from the front desk.

It was very good!! I loved the place , the staff was very nice, the room was so pretty and clean!! The pool was supposed to close at 10 but the girl at the front desk told us that she was gonna be there until 11 so we can use it until 11!! Everything nice!! The breakfast was also good :) The only thing i can say is that the water of the pool was a little bit white, like not clear at all but i get it, it was like 9pm, it went through the whole day basically. But everything was so good i loved it! I will definitely be back!!!

Hotel was in a great area with lots of places to eat and I loved the movie theater was near by . A lot of options for breakfast. Beds are comfortable bathroom was clean. My only issue was how walking down the hall smelled musty and like cigarettes one air fresheners could help. Also walking down the hall the walls and doors looked very dirty . Staff was friendly tho. I will return in the future

Wonderful staff. The hotel is beautiful with Christmas decorations. Loved it every year now.

Pool was closed, breakfast was very lackluster. The room was NOT very clean. Surfaces were dirty, nothink had been moved or vaccummed behind/under. Cabinets and shelves were all scratched up. People were smoking cigarettes in the stairway
