The staff were very helpful. The desk clerk searched around for a snow brush for us to use on our rental car.

Decor and furniture needs a refresh. Skimpy breakfast. Everything seemed cheap - from the single ply toilet paper to the paper plates and flimsy plastic cutlery. Not horrible but not particularly nice either.

Service was great. Breakfast was sub par. Very loud at night in room with people in hallway. The cooling system in the room was terrible.

Fabulous hotel, great location. Our hosts Sam and Bona were exceptional, could not do enough. Close to nice selection of restaurants and numerous sights.

This is a nice hotel. Comfortable and staff was great. Breakfast was actually very good as well. The only issue I had was the rug in the room. Although the rug looked clean, after walking on it without socks or shoes, my feet were black by the next morning. I would have given this hotel a perfect score if it was not for the unseen condition of the rug in the room.

very clean, very nice and helpful staff. only complaint was thin ceiling...we were on the 2nd floor and could hear people walking around on the 3rd floor at 3:00 am both nights.
