Segrate Hotels with Wi-Fi

Before my trip, I tried to retrieve my reservation information from their website, but it was very slow and didn't work. I then contacted them via email to confirm my reservation and indicate I would arrive late and wanted to guarantee my room. This was 48 hous before my trip, but I never got a response. The bedroom was alright, but the light system a bit tricky and unpractical. You need the bedroom key to turn on the light in the bathroom, but it turns it off in the bedroom. The hotel bar was closed, many of us were there for a trade show, so it was impossible to meet in the evening for business transaction ; first time I see this near a conference facility. Finally, we had a dinner with all the attendees from the trade show, for which we were charged 30 euros, it was a buffet, but all there was salads, a few slices of deli meat, and a fruit salad for dessert. No main course, no meat or vegs, and we we had to leave the room at 21h30 when we were not finished eating what little we'd found. Staff at the restaurant was rude. Reception personel was pleasant. I left one day early because of my bad experience with the dining event. I wil never go back to this place, typical of large hotel group who don't give a kopek about customer service ; it's all about a quick buck.

Hotel in a strategic location in Milan 2 great for those with relatives or need to visit the nearby San Raffaele hospital, the structure is really very beautiful but suffers a little age, the gentleness and courtesy of the staff are really The price is sometimes not suitable but the demand in Milan is obviously high every day, I recommend it very special if you have any discounts in certain periods like ”Black Friday” or perhaps offers of Trip.com.

Mediocre and unprofessional welcome, pathetic and claustrophobic room, totally different from the description at the time of booking, non-existent bathroom external sink uncomfortable bed and non-opening windows, double bed wedged between two walls with 25 centimeters of space only on one side, TV hanging very up and not even leaning towards the bed, which is also uncomfortable, such small rooms at about 100 euros per night is a theft, personally, if not forced by force majeure, I will never sleep there again. The proximity to the airport is the main draw for me. The provide a free, on-demand shuttle service as well. The size of the room is also adequate, more space than most European hotels at comparable rates. I stayed one night and had an early morning flight, so I didn't get to see how the breakfast was like. The shower facility was a nice surprise: in addition to a hand held spray, a wall mounted high pressure system had three body spray shower jets at overhead, chest, and pelvic levels, respectively. Highly recommended.
