We happen stay in room 11 the last bedroom although the walking is a bit further but the view is beautiful but during this period the wind is really strong we hardly can spend time in patio …so we will wish to go back again during month of mar again ! We like to thk you for all the services staff especially Lee ! He is a strong guy he carry out 2 Luggage’s during our check out 😜

Remote paradise on the other side of the island, and an amazing bungalows away from day to day busy life. The offered an amazing breakfast daily & many things to do.. like a remote beach where 15-25 boats arrive during the day to enjoy as well, but it never seemed crowded. They had kayak & snorkeling available. The owner was great to ask for feedback as they are implementing more things to resort. Thank You Pak Hasan, Mahli, Pino, Desi, Rizal, Jalal, Amin and Anti… 5 Star Service from each of you. I would say they could improve the driveway entrance & Lombok needs to improve roads for visitors (in general). I’m sure this will happen over time. It was worth the bumps & rocky road to enjoy the disconnect. The owner is also bringing in more food variety to the lunch & dinners. If you want to see Monkeys there are a ton of them.. non-aggressive by the private beach 10 minutes away. Overall it’s a winner if you want beauty & peace & quiet…. Like a couples & honeymoon spot. I was solo & I loved it and my off the grid time.

Highly recommended! The JEEVA Beloam Beach Camp is a true retreat and a little paradise. The bungalows are beautiful and offer fantastic views of the pristine beach. The peace and quiet are simply wonderful, perfect for escaping everyday life. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive; you feel truly welcome. The food wasn't always to our taste, but it was always prepared with love. If you're looking for peace, nature, and relaxation, this is the place for you. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back!

The environment is very good. There is no mobile signal, so you can be isolated from the world. The wifi signal depends on your mood, and it is good most of the time. However, the service process needs to be improved. After ordering lunch, I received a call from the airline company saying that the flight was four hours earlier in the evening and asked to cancel the lunch order or pack it up. As a result, I was told that I couldn’t cancel it. In the end, I couldn’t pack it up because there was no fast food box, so I had to give up. In this matter, the hotel only collected money and didn’t deal with the aftermath. This shows that the hotel process is not perfect.

Positives: rooms were decent with main amenities provided. Beautiful beach location. Food was mainly good. Staff were friendly. Negatives: rats in some of the rooms, a snake outside one room, lots of stray dogs. Electricity cuts off a couple of times a day, water supply to some units was disrupted one day. The end result was to reduce the enjoyment that we had, which was not great. Read the reviews carefully and decide if this hotel is for you.

I come to see the beach. But when you found out the room is very comfortable you will ignore the beach and prefer to have everything from your room. Services are great!
