Korumar Ephesus Beach & Spa Resort - Ultra All Inclusive

Let's be clear, the hotel looks great, it's clean and has a lot of facilities. But it just seemed to fall short in quite a few details for us. I'll start with the activities. They listed football for 5.15pm every day. They've got a good sized grassed 'cage' with goals and my youngest was excited to take part. Turning up at 5.15, we were told it was adults only (16+) but there is no mention of this in advance. There were nearly 30 kids turned up to play and the entertainment staff member just gave the ball to a dad and said you organise it and left! This was the same for at least three days. I personally asked other entertainment staff on separate days about the football and they all said yes, 5.15pm was right for kids. Yet the guy supposed to be organising it said 'no kids'. Chaos. Next is the noise from the entertainment at night. They don't start the main shows until 9.30 and it's out on the lawn. Not inside the venue so the sound is impossible to escape if you don't want to take part. It was even worse on our last night when they hosted a wedding as well. Music from that combined with music from the sports bar became a horrible noise that went on until midnight. On the nights we watched the shows, African theme didn't seem very African and the Columbian theme left half the seats empty before the end. Not great I'm afraid. Onto the slides for the pool. We've been to plenty of other hotels with slides. Generally slides are open all day. Not here. One hour in the morning and an hour and a half in the afternoon. The slides are brilliant and so the first half an hour at least causes long queues. If they just kept them open for longer, the queues wouldn't be so long I'm sure. On two days we saw a drone flying around, past people's bedrooms. Pretty sure that wouldn't be allowed in the UK and I certainly wasn't happy about the privacy implications. Food was certainly plentiful; several themed nights so some variation and good labelling on everything. Be warned of the buffet queue jumpers, cold veg and odd times of not being able to get a drink from the waiters (simply overlooked I think).

Stay with my family in may, had a fabulous time all the facilities are clean and tidy. The animation team really made the holiday a special one with all their games and activities. Also they put on show after show that was excellent but yhe best of all was the beach party, there was a DJ, beach fire, loads of food and shots!! The vide was banging!! Spot on. Special thanks to Onur, Crazy Joe, Yaya that's was more than helpful and made it a fun place to stay so thanks from the Denhams! X

We have just got back from the most amazing week at this resort! The staff were nothing but polite and friendly from start to finish and the facilities were wonderful. Everything was clean and well attended. In particular the animation team were totally awesome! Aynur, Yaya and the rest of the team provided wonderful entertainment for both the children (3 & 7) and the adults day and night! The mini disco was a particular hit for our youngest who is still practicing all the new dances she learnt! The food was generally good, there were some dishes that weren’t great but there was always enough choice that all tastes were accommodated. All in all we were absolutely gutted to leave and the holiday blues have still not left us! Thankfully we have plenty of lovely memories to take away with us! Would definitely go back to this resort.

The hotel is the cleanest I have ever stayed in, the pool area is constantly clean and rooms are cleaned everyday to an exceptional standard. The entertaintment team are great and the bar staff are very attentive, constantly refilling drinks and making sure everything is okay.

The staff are brilliant and friendly. The hotel is quiet, just how we like it! The meals really delicious. The animation teams really friendly they doing often activities.We will come with our family next time The drinks are tasty, would recommend the negroni cocktail

I can say The hotel is Beautiful very clean. But The staff are full blown liars and cover up mistakes. I had an accident on the slide because a lifeguard put 2 empty boats down the slide and one got stuck and flipped and hit me and my son in the dark slide. However I told the the lifeguard and he witnessed it coming out with the boat behind me. The lifeguard admitted he did wrong and said they do get stuck occasionally a few times my husband spoke to him and he admitted it. However the hotel are deliberatly covering there mistake which we have evidence for It was admitted they were at fault when we were there which was noted. But since I put a formal complaint in which I have the reports for from the hospital they have changed there story. Now accusing me of having a neck injury before etc. And saying my husband told them that. Also saying I refused treatment to be seen by the doctor when the manager asked me to see how I went with hot and cold treatment which didn't work then I went to hospital. They refused to give me the form I signed to say I didn't want to go to hospital at that first but I would go if the treatment didn't work. Which i did ended up doing.The hospital report states I suffered neck trauma. Yes they admitted there fault and paid for treatment because my husband said why should we have to pay when it was there mistake. They excepted it. I went into the pool like I was told via the doctor as it was therapy but I wasn't swimming I was just relaxing. But I would love to see the proof the hotel are trying to say. I was swimming. Very disappointed as my husband has been visiting this hotel for years 😞

KoruMar Ephesus & Spa hotel was fantastic the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Busra in the customer relations team is the most helpful always willing to sort out anything. I can highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely be booking again. The only problem I had was the WiFi connection was poor at certain times.

The food was amazing. The staff were friendly the beach was quite. Hotel was clean. Variety of food available at different times. Late breakfast lunch and dinner was a good idea! Fresh waffles. Ice cream was extremely tasty. Food theme nights were fantastic, cooked fresh on the go. Desserts were full of flavours. Slides were fun, location was stunning backdrop of green mountains. The beach was so clean. Entertainment was really good. People at reception quickly met needs and issues were sorted quickly. Definitely recommend we stayed for 6 nights. Definitely worth it. Lots of pools and lots of activities for children.
