Starting from Praya and heading to Sembalun, the trek turned out to be quite challenging as we had to pass through hilly terrain. A quick note: make sure your car is in prime condition. Despite that, the views along the way were absolutely mesmerizing. Sembalun definitely makes you want to come back. As for the Bobocabin, we chose the executive type, and the view directly facing Mount Rinjani was, by Allah, incredibly beautiful. The facilities and everything else were all good; in short, Bobocabin Rinjani is highly recommended!

I had an amazing stay at Bobocabin - truly a unique and thoughtfully designed place with outstanding service. The cabins are incredibly cozy and set in a beautiful location with stunning views of Mount Rinjani. Everything feels modern and seamless: private parking, QR-code access, a mobile app to control lighting, relaxing ambient music, and fast, reliable internet. What made the stay even more special was the staff - incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything. The team went above and beyond: they adapted dinner to our vegan diet, and even kindly stored our belongings while we went on the trek, which we deeply appreciated. It’s also the perfect base for starting a Rinjani hike. And if trekking isn’t your thing, the hotel offers plenty of activities, so you can easily stay for a few days without getting bored. Highly recommended for comfort, nature, and exceptional service.

The location is great, with panoramic mountain views and pristine nature. In the evenings, there's an incredibly fantastic mist, and early mornings reveal the mountain in all its glory. On the downside: if you like fried eggs for breakfast, they're terrible here and have way too much onion. The food in general isn't great. One evening, it rained a little, and about half an hour after the rain stopped, we asked for firewood to start a campfire. They refused, citing the weather, even though it wasn't raining at all. We had to go around and beg for it. You can only roast corn and marshmallows on it – no meat, as there's no grill or skewers (which is a shame).

The best place to stay! The view is absolutely fantastic, and I will definitely return with friends soon. The scenery is breathtaking. We stayed here for our honeymoon to enjoy nature, and we truly chose the perfect place. Being able to see Mount Rinjani from Bobocabin in Sembalun made the experience even more special. The staff and the food were wonderful, making our stay truly unforgettable.
