Let me give an objective review. I looked at many hotels and chose one that wasn't the cheapest, hoping it would be more comfortable. The hotel's exterior looks quite grand, but the room itself was very average, especially for over 400 a night. The main issue was that I specifically asked the front desk to clean the room when I left, but it wasn't done when I returned in the evening. Also, the room ran out of water, and it took over an hour to get a few bottles delivered, even after multiple reminders. There was no special personalized service, but the list of penalty items was clear enough. I don't like giving bad reviews, but I really have to complain; the experience was not good.

Terrible experience. The room was super humid and there was mold everywhere (check picture) especially in the bathroom and under the bed. The smell was very unpleasant, and staying inside the room even triggered my asthma which I didn’t have since 18 years. The air conditioning barely worked and made a lot of noise impossible use and sleep the hotel looked much better in the photos than in reality. I also tried calling the hotel all day long and nobody ever answered. Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. I would definitely not stay here again.
