We booked a king-size room, but when we got there the boss gave us a twin room. The king-size room was no longer available, so he compensated us RMB 100 for two nights. I have to say that Brother Qiang, who was in charge of the shuttle bus, was a really nice guy and was very responsible in his work.

Overall, I'm satisfied. The owner will help with seafood purchases and shuttle service. The environment is quite good in Semporna. The only complaint is that the hot water is not hot enough.

I forgot to pay the check-out fee deposit of 100 Malaysian ringgit when I left, and the customer service staff took the initiative to contact me and refunded it on WeChat. The children especially like the cats and dogs here. There are also various entertainment methods such as swings. It is very convenient to dry clothes. It is very comfortable to drink tea on the large balcony. It is the holiday environment I want.
