The hotel is very comfortable. The owner is Chinese, which made communication easy. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean and hygienic. Next time I'm in Semporna, I'll definitely stay here again!

Our stay at this hotel was excellent! The owner is incredibly welcoming and helpful. Being Chinese, communication was a breeze. They even helped us plan our sightseeing routes and book various activities, all at very reasonable prices. We'll definitely be back next time! The hotel is conveniently located close to the town center and the seafood market, with plenty of dining options nearby and a convenience store right outside. In short, it's super convenient. The cleanliness was also top-notch – no bugs, and they even provided mosquito repellent liquid. There's a hairdryer, and best of all, a TV with Chinese channels and power outlets that fit Chinese plugs, so no adapter needed – so handy, haha!

Everything about this place was great! The courtyard was clean and even had little cats. Communication in Chinese was seamless, and the owner was a really nice, young guy from mainland China. There's also a pool in the courtyard, which was lovely for an evening breeze. It's super close to the pier, just a few minutes' walk, so getting around was easy. The owner was incredibly helpful. The room had an electric mosquito repellent, and all the usual disposable toiletries were well-stocked. We even saw a group of people who thought they'd lost their phone, and the owner immediately helped them search for it, only for it to turn out it was in their car – it just goes to show how warm-hearted and positive the owner is, thumbs up! He also gave us tips on seafood prices to help us bargain and recommended some great restaurants for processing seafood. Honestly, it was a fantastic stay, and I'd definitely choose to stay here again if I come back.

The facilities are excellent, and the service attitude is top-notch. It's very clean, and we were able to store our luggage for free after checking out. What's more, after our island hopping tour, they even let us use their in-house shower facilities to freshen up, provided free towels, and even gave us complimentary bottled water. The service truly goes above and beyond! Plus, it's super convenient, only a 5-minute walk away, making it a perfect place to stay the night before an island hopping tour.

The room was so small we could barely fit two suitcases, with no space left. The sheets and duvet covers were dirty. Customer service was absolutely terrible; they didn't reply to messages for over 20 hours, and when they finally did, it was only when they felt like it.
