The staff provide top-notch service, helping you with everything from booking a car to bargaining for seafood at the market – truly perfect service. The owner is also warm and hospitable, always ready to assist. 👍👍👍 The hotel also has a restaurant right behind it, making seafood processing very convenient and affordable!

The environment here is fantastic, and the chef's cooking is absolutely delicious. The owner is also incredibly kind and helpful; they'll assist you with communicating with locals and even help you bargain for seafood. The seafood dishes are exceptionally tasty! The owner is very welcoming and I highly recommend coming here.

The hotel is newly opened and quite good. The owner, originally from Shunde, Guangdong, helped us haggle for seafood, which was absolutely delicious. We also had the owner arrange our island hopping and car charter.

They even offer a convenient shuttle service, making transportation hassle-free. Overall, it's a perfect experience with excellent value for money. I will definitely be back!

The room was fairly clean and hygienic. The facilities were a bit lacking, with only one restaurant, but for Semporna, it's already quite good. The hotel offers a free shuttle service daily. The owner is very welcoming, and the island-hopping tour they recommended was great. The butler service was also excellent; they even helped us bargain for a long time at the seafood market, which we really appreciate. You can have the seafood you buy cooked at the hotel for a reasonable fee, and the spicy and salt-and-pepper preparations were delicious. Overall, it was a good stay!

This resort is very family-friendly. The owner is from Foshan and is really nice. We were running late for the pier in the morning, and they immediately arranged for a resort employee to take us. They even reassured us not to worry and that we wouldn't miss our island hopping tour! 😃

I heard the hotel was closed for renovation, and I must say, experiencing it again after its reopening truly feels like a breath of fresh air. The rooms are clean and quiet, and the service has definitely improved. I especially want to commend the hotel's Chinese butler – communication was seamless, and their service was warm and attentive, always ready to help with any issue we had. The hotel also offers car service to Semporna town for sightseeing, which made getting around incredibly convenient and stress-free. On another note, the hotel's seafood preparation was excellent and perfectly suited our Chinese palates. A great touch for travelers from China is that the power outlets in the rooms are exactly like those back home, so there's no need to bring an adapter. The owner is also incredibly kind and genuinely hospitable. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and staying here in Semporna truly gave us peace of mind!

The service was exceptional, and the environment was lovely, making me feel very secure. Our flight was at midnight, and they kindly offered us a complimentary late checkout until 12 PM. Plus, there's a shuttle bus that runs to and from town daily.

I specifically chose this resort hotel. As soon as I entered, I was greeted by unique subtropical trees. Staying here for two nights, I truly experienced what it means for humans and nature to coexist harmoniously. There are trees, small ponds, and I even saw monkeys 🐒 and lizards. The hotel's design and cleanliness are quite good. If you want to camp, you can stay in a tent. The owner and staff are very friendly. If you're looking to enjoy life, you should definitely stay here. I heard they're planning to upgrade and build a new swimming pool and golf course later. If I ever come back to Semporna, I would choose this place again! (P.S. They can help process and reheat food, and there's a dedicated shuttle service to town and the pier, which is very convenient.)
