This hotel really made me feel at home. Everything was very clean and new, and the owner even left thoughtful snacks outside. My room was cleaned and towels replaced daily. The environment here is much more comfortable than by the pier, and it's very quiet at night. All the restaurants nearby are local favorites, so you can't go wrong. Plus, there's an amazing massage place just a street away! 🥹🥹 I'd love to come back next time!

The room was very clean, and there were free snacks on the first floor. Dining options nearby were also very convenient. It's about a 10-minute walk to the jetty, just a few hundred meters, so overall it was quite convenient. For the price, it offers good value for money in Semporna town, especially since I mainly just needed a place to sleep after booking a day tour. Semporna is beautiful!

Pretty good, the room isn't small, and it's very clean. There's a communal balcony for drying clothes, and it's not noisy. It's about a 15-minute walk to the pier 🚶➡️. They let me check in early since a room was available. There are free snacks on the first floor. The receptionist is a lovely lady who speaks Chinese and is very kind 👍, highly recommended. Anyway, the town isn't big, so you can get anywhere in 10-15 minutes, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. It's just a few minutes' walk from Yongda Hotel.

Extremely clean, friendly staff and best location in Semporna. Strongly recommended! Be aware that some rooms windows are to shared balconies, so do not expect much privacy.

Excellent! Very quiet, so I slept comfortably. The front desk staff was super nice. I stayed here the night before my flight back, and it's conveniently located in town for easy access to the airport the next day.

The location is very convenient, close to the pier. The owner can also help arrange airport transfers. However, the bedsheets in the room had a strange smell, but the staff helped change both the sheets and duvet in the middle of the night. The service was excellent.

This hotel felt very cozy, and its location was incredibly convenient for getting around. There were some great food options right next door. Even though I arrived quite late, someone was still there waiting for me. Overall, the service was good. The next day, I needed to check out but still had a full day ahead, and they offered complimentary luggage storage. Thumbs up! 👍

The room is quite spacious and very clean. Check-in is on the first floor. When you go upstairs to the second floor where the rooms are, you first change into slippers, then walk down a hallway to your room. On the first floor, in the morning, there are self-service options for breakfast like coffee, milk tea, bread, and jam. On the second-floor balcony, there's a sink for washing things and a washing machine. There's also a long open-air balcony where you can dry clothes after a trip to the sea; hangers and racks are provided, which is great. The location isn't too remote either; it's about a 15-minute walk to the pier. Do note that the front desk staff doesn't speak Chinese, so you'll need to communicate in English. Also, the rooms on the second floor have private bathrooms, but you have to take a somewhat steep staircase, which might not be ideal for guests with children or the elderly. The rooms on the first floor can be a bit noisy, and it seems they all have shared bathrooms.

Loved my stay at Summer Holiday – spotless, fully equipped, and incredibly relaxing. The all-day snacks were a treat, especially the yummy coconut jam with toast. The owner was super kind, making me feel right at home. Peaceful, comfy, ~~~Will definitely book again. 🤿🌴🥥

The room facilities are quite cozy, which is pretty good for Semporna. Downstairs there's a Zhenji restaurant with excellent food. It's also quite close to the jetty. Don't let anyone lead you there, as they charge for it.

Very clean, very clean, and a small balcony which was very therapeutic.

Don't book a windowless room, or even try to. It's too stuffy. Everything else was decent. For a small town, it's pretty much what you'd expect. The Chinese restaurant across the street has good food, but the portions seem to be getting smaller and smaller. It was fine, I stayed for 3 days because I was too lazy to switch hotels. All the same.
