Nice view from the hotel balcony, near with shops and eateries. The room is medium size and can fit with 2 children. Value for money. Good place to stay if you plan to have day trip to nearby island.

Good hotel at central of semporna jetty. It is easily accessible to restaurants and amenities. It is also a good hotel that walking distance to the jetty and surrounding amenities

The room was clean and bright, and the environment was first-rate! The glassy sea was right on the shore! Snorkeling was free right at the bridgehead, as it's right next to a large rock formation, full of large fish. A little more attentive and friendly service would have been fantastic! Well worth a visit! Breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner were all excellent! They also served seafood, and the food was quite good! The complimentary island hopping and snorkeling program was also great. There's a fee for island hopping to Mataking and Dimba-Dimba, so be sure to bring money! Each trip takes 10-15 minutes. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

The front desk was very friendly and the service was great. The hotel facilities are a bit dated, but the price/performance ratio is okay compared to other hotels. There's a bar downstairs, so if you like a drink, that's a blessing. The location in town is pretty good, as long as you have good connections, hahahaha

The hotel is right by the pier. The room I booked had a sea view and a retractable clothes rack on the balcony, perfect for drying snorkeling gear. Because there's a restaurant downstairs, sometimes the balcony door lets in cooking fumes. It can be a bit noisy at times, but it's mostly quiet. The karaoke noise mentioned online was minimally disturbing for this room type (though there was some singing, according to a notice posted in the elevator, which states karaoke is on from 4 p.m. to 12 a.m.). The nearby swallows were audible, but the noise was negligible. Breakfast isn't provided by the hotel itself; you need to ask for breakfast coupons at the counter in the morning (this could be improved; it would be better if they were issued upon check-in, eliminating the hassle of filling out multiple forms each time). You can choose to dine at either of the local restaurants and cafes downstairs. It's quite convenient. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the room without breakfast is acceptable. The air conditioner is powerful and has plenty of airflow. There's plenty of hot water for the shower. Cleanliness is also acceptable. Overall, I was quite satisfied. There is also a diving shop next to the hotel. It is very convenient to contact their diving boat. You can get on the boat just downstairs from the hotel. However, the price is a little higher than Ctrip.

Stayed for 2 days. The room was not cleaned or replenished with drinking water on the second day. I had to go to the front desk to ask for it. The hotel corridor is slightly higher than the room. Water seeps from the corridor floor and flows into the room. When I woke up in the morning, the water in the room was almost under the inner bed. The suitcase on the floor was soaked in water. When I got out of bed, my disposable slippers got wet. The stay experience was very bad. It was also very troublesome to pack the luggage because of the water on the floor when I was catching an early flight. It was impossible to ask the housekeeping to clean it and then clean it up. There was no time. It is recommended to repair the water leakage as soon as possible. I will not recommend this situation to friends and will not give a good review.
