Strategically located within walking distance to jetty and other attractions in town. Affordable price and value for money. Nice and simple breakfast set.

Very good location and convenient. A lot of shops around the corner. Also the front desk very helpful. We keep our luggage there until we back from island hopping and water house staying. Thanks a lot.

A bit needed to be improved, the info from trip.com hotel better take note because I have requested to change to king size bed few days earlier before arrival,trip customer service have confirm that I can change and also have to call the hotel to confirm but when I arrive to check in they say they didn't receive, I not sure what happened between that but the hotel better improved their service about this

The hotel in good location, 7-11 is beside the hotel, lots of restaurant nearby. However parking is an issue but thanks to the hotel for wiling reserve parking lot for us

The crew that works there is honestly really nice and attentive. They are always smiling which is great Wifi was barely working and most of the time I had to use my own data because it just wasn’t working at all, so if you will have to work from remote this is definitely not the right place to choose .. AC not strong at all, really weak. I usually don’t leave reviews but I wanted to compliment the staff for being really nice and at the same time also complain about these other two things that really upset me

They took immediate action and arranged a room change without delay, which greatly improved my experience. I would like to especially commend the staff for their friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to help. They listened to my concerns, responded promptly, and ensured that I was comfortable throughout my stay. Good location, very close to dive center. Easy access to places for food and shops. Room space is just nice for 2. Even though no restaurant and the hotel give breakfast voucher to nearby cafe/food court to eat. Too bad didn't manage to take photos cos too rush for dive course and too tired when come back.
