Sipadan Inn 3

We booked 3 rooms for 9 people. We requested sea view rooms but only got 2 with a sea view. The location is strategic, with two halal restaurants near the hotel. The boat drop-off point is right next to the hotel, so after checking out from the water resort, taking the boat, disembarking, we could just carry our luggage straight into the hotel (no need for a Grab or car from the Semporna jetty). It's also close to the wet market. Will repeat again if I go to Semporna.

The room was tiny, but right downstairs there's a 7-Eleven, and it's super close to the pier. Just wish the room and bed weren't so small!

The location is okay, but the room is too small and the facilities are subpar. There's a strong fishy smell from the sea. I'd recommend preparing disposable towels, disposable bedding, and a better shower head.

This hotel offers good value for money. Compared to other places in the same price range, the cleanliness and rooms here are much better. It's also very close to the pier, which is convenient.

We arrived at the hotel around 12 PM, initially planning to just leave our luggage. To our pleasant surprise, the front desk staff had an available room and let us check in immediately, which was very thoughtful and accommodating. We understand that accommodations in smaller towns often have limited facilities, so we went in with realistic expectations. The room was reasonably clean, and we had brought our own disposable bed sheets and toiletries just in case. The location was also quite good, making it easy to get around.
