Kyukamura Nyuto-Onsenkyo Reviews

Take nyuto line bus from tazawako station which will be about 840 yen. This is not the most famous onsen in that area because it is modern. Take the deal with breakfast and dinner included. No shops around.

Enjoyed so much the trip here in Kyukamura Nyuto-Onsenkyo ~

Overall a decent hotel, a little bit dated but it can be expected. The dinner is buffet style with limited choices. Snow was heavy when we arrived.

Nice place, nice food, nice people

Breakfast and dinner are very good. There is a variety, delicious taste, very good quality, very good service staff. Except the onsen and the room should be improved to be modern and better.

Only one thing to improve is shuttle service. There is no bus shuttle service from train station.

Good hotel

Breakfast and dinner are particularly delicious, and you can try many local Akita dishes. The service attitude is also very good. The room is comfortable and clean. I would like to stay another night.

Convenient transportation and considerate service

The bus stop is right outside the hotel. It is very convenient to take the bus from Tianze Lake and is suitable for travelers who are not traveling by car. Food quality is good. There are two types of hot springs: gold and silver hot springs, as well as open-air hot springs. Soaking in the hot springs with falling snow is very relaxing. The hotel is relatively new, not traditional Japanese, and the rooms are spacious and clean.

Very good and will come again. The hotel facilities are the most luxurious and complete in Nyuyu Hot Spring Township. The hot springs are good (a variety of spring qualities), the buffet ingredients are fresh, and grilled Wagyu beef is provided for three nights. The hotel staff is professional, proactive and enthusiastic

The electric kettle in the room was faulty and could not be turned on. I asked the waiter to come over and solve it many times, but it could not be solved with both hands, and replacement was not satisfactory. I really don’t understand. I’ve been to Japan at least about 10 times and I’ve never encountered it. It was a bit speechless to know that the temperature around Lake Tazawa at that time was minus 2°C and there was no hot water to drink in the snowy weather.

Both dinner and breakfast included were excellent.

The meals were excellent! Grilled fish, sashimi, and local ingredients are all available. It is a real treat to soak in the hot springs under the beech forest. Makes you want to visit again.
