Hotel location is perfect. 5mins walk. West side has more shops and is the center. Hotel has many freebies to take, towel etc

Wow! Everything was nice here! The location was good, close to the station. The amenities were remarkable and the b'fast buffet sets the standard! I will highly recommend this Koko Hotel and would be more than satisfied to stay again!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to Sendai Station, and it's super easy to find. The Sendai Morning Market is just a 2-minute walk away, right behind the hotel. The main shopping street is also conveniently located, just two blocks away. The hotel breakfast offers a rich and diverse selection, which I highly recommend.

The staff were very friendly and pleasant. However, while the room was cleaned, it didn't seem like the bedding was changed. Also, there was a lot of dust when I looked under the bed, and the bathroom had a rather strong drain smell. Overall, it wasn't a major problem.

The hotel boasts an excellent central location, right next to the vibrant morning market and Senjiro. DHC brand toiletries were provided, which was a nice touch. It's conveniently located a 6-8 minute walk from the train station, with numerous bus stops easily accessible. The only minor drawback is that it's an older hotel that has undergone renovations, so while refreshed, some of the interior furnishings still show their age.

This was my first trip to Sendai, and staying at KOKO HOTEL was a truly delightful experience. Its location is incredibly convenient, just a stone's throw from Sendai Station. It offers a wonderful taste of Japanese hospitality. The surrounding area is bustling with convenience stores and a fantastic array of dining choices. A truly excellent hotel! I would absolutely stay here again.

This is my go-to place whenever I visit Sendai. I always feel completely at ease here, and the rooms are much more spacious than I expect, ensuring a truly comfortable and relaxing stay.

While the rooms are slightly compact, they are clean and comfortable, featuring amenities like a bidet and a washlet toilet in the bathroom, with ample self-service toiletries provided. The staff are multilingual and friendly, and both the front desk and luggage storage services are convenient. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options, including local specialties, providing excellent value for money. The laundry facilities (washers and dryers) are limited, so you might need to wait or use a nearby laundromat. Overall, the stay was very pleasant, making it an ideal choice for short-term travelers or business trips.

This was my first time staying in sendai and everything was perfect! The front desk was friendly and helpful, all of the amenities also good. The room is well maintained and the space is enough for 2 person. Also location just 5 minutes walk to the station which is really great. Thank you and will come back here wherever I come to sendai again
