The room was absolutely filthy. There were huge bloodstains and a lot of hairs – it was disgusting! When I asked the staff to change my room, they said there were no other rooms available and they could only change the sheets. Not even an apology.

Located 5 min from JR Sendai Station, it is easily accessible. Walking distance to the restaurant and bar area. Clean and cozy room with friendly staff. The price is attractive, often with trip.com. It is an insane rate especially visitors from outside Japan. Whenever I visit Sendai, I first check the rate of this hotel.

I stayed here for 2 nights in Sendai. The place was clean and tidy, and there were plenty of food options nearby. It's less than a 10-minute walk from Sendai Station, making it super convenient for taking buses and the subway!

Great stay! I loved the room and its beautiful, open view. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk to the train station with tons of excellent shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!

Chose this hotel for a weekend getaway with friends. Upon arrival, we found the facilities to be really comprehensive. All the daily essentials like air conditioning, TV, and hot water were there. While some equipment wasn't the newest, everything worked smoothly without any issues. The hygiene was also excellent; the bedding looked super clean, and there was no dust on the floors or tables. It was a very comfortable stay. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area 🏨

Hotel is really nice! Location is also great and close to the city centre would highly recommend! It’s also close to one of the markets as shown in the photos for a great breakfast.
