The hotel's location right in the shopping arcade was great for immediate access to stores. The breakfast buffet was affordable and satisfying. Just a heads-up, the bathroom floor is quite elevated, so watch your step.

Hotel Green Plus has a very strategic location, within walking distance to Sendai Station. It is easy to reach even with luggage, as there is a lift accessible from the skywalk. The hotel is located in a lively covered shopping street and is directly opposite the famous Ichiran Ramen, which makes dining and shopping extremely convenient. Although the main entrance has stairs, there is actually a hidden lift that provides access to the hotel lobby and guest rooms, which is very helpful for guests with luggage. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. A young lady at the reception patiently helped me make several calls to my desired restaurant to assist with a reservation. A male receptionist even helped carry my luggage to the shopping street, which was truly impressive and very touching. Overall, a convenient stay with warm service and excellent location. Highly recommended

If you want to buy various souvenirs or duty-free goods, this hotel is the first choice! Although the room is small and it is a little inconvenient for travelers with large luggage, the cleanliness of the room is acceptable. There is a 24-hour coffee service at the check-in counter on the second floor. The service staff is very friendly. The room rate is cheap for a Saturday holiday. Overall, it is a satisfactory accommodation experience and worth recommending!
