Very convenient location! The onsen is good, considering it's an artificial one. Sauna is very hot. Staff is friendly, pods are wide but you get the typically Japanese paper-thin mattress. The gym could have been much better for the price (700 + 200 for shoes, each time), but that's also expected in Japan... Paying $6/use for the most basic hotel gym you've ever seen is not exactly a great deal lol.

I really enjoyed my stay at Capsule Hotel Topos Sendai. I’m 187 cm tall, and the capsule was spacious enough for me and quite comfortable for sleeping. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The hot bath/onsen was one of my favorite things about the hotel. It was great to relax in the hot water after a long day. The fitness room was also a nice bonus, as I could still get a workout in during my stay. A large suitcase cannot be kept inside the capsule, but you can leave it just outside the capsule area, which was convenient enough. Most importantly, the price was very reasonable. For the price, I think the hotel offers excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

One of the Best Capsule Hotels I’ve Stayed In One of the best capsule hotels I’ve stayed in. The capsule looks modern and very clean, with a TV, air ventilation and a locker inside. I had a really good night’s sleep there. The public bath and sauna are also very good. The location is excellent, right on the shopping street and only about five minutes from the station.

VVery nice hostel in a good location near train station..Have an Onsen, microwave, hot water, a place to sit down and eat or working at your floor..not have a fridge. I came too early, because of my train from Tokyo (around 1.30 pm) and i need to wait until 3 pm for check in. Beds ready, clean ready...but need to waiting the check in time..and it'fair isn't. The only problem was they start check in process 5-7 mins before 3 pm and they was very slowly and not professional...my time for check in it was 3.15 pm if not more...one of the last check in there. And this happened especialy because one disrespectful girl, she was determined to delay the proceedings—even more than others already had. Ugly and disrespectful attitude, make me lose time everytime..she had and fun about this when i explain her i not appreciateher jokes. She, as well as all the others, either doesn't know how to speak English or doesn't want to... just simple words, like "key." I expected more from one hotel (or hostel) in Japan. I was disappointed with the choice of this hostel. It is very difficult to find the hotel without help, as its name is written only in Japanese. The bed is very hard; it feels like sitting or sleeping on a wooden plank.

Overall is ok,the location is quite convenient walking distance to station.

The capsule itself is great. Public bath tattoos are prohibited, but you can at least take a shower. There is a great collection of manga. Also, they have 2-in-1 laundromats which is conventient for somebody who is travelling in harsh conditions. Issues: 1) no easy way of bulky luggage storage. It is prohibited to use public space, so you are in trouble if you have something dirty after rain 2) no shoes drier. It is not like many places offer shoes dryers, but here there is a problem. You are forced to store your shoes in a box. If they get they stay wet in that box and won't dry at all. 3) no bicycle parking. At least stuff gave me some guidance

Very well-organized capsule hostel close the train station and in the middle of the main shopping didstrict in Sendai. What truly sets it apart is the included access to the bath upstairs with inside and outside options of various temperatures and a sauna. The blanket was very short which cost me a bit of sleep, but everything else was fantastic. Definitely would stay here again.

I had a very pleasant stay at this capsule hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a small locker inside the capsule area where I could securely store important belongings. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Basic toiletries were provided, and the washroom area was well equipped with hair styling products, aftershave, and lotion for guests to use. There is also an indoor and outdoor hot spring bath on the 3rd floor, which was a great place to relax after a long day. Overall, it is a convenient and comfortable option for male travelers near Sendai Station.

A good hotel to stay and there are many shops nearby since it is within a shopping street. The hotel is clean and comfortable.
