Easy/clean/superb breakfast - Became a fan of this chain for my JP road trips.

Service was good

I'm glad that there is a large public bath. The breakfast is delicious and has a wide variety of options. There is a self-service coffee service in the lobby. The location is a little inconvenient.

It's not too far from the station, there are convenience stores nearby, and the breakfast was delicious! The receptionist was also very friendly and I had a very comfortable stay!

The entire facility was clean and nice. The free breakfast was very appreciated. I would like to use it again.

The room had a calming atmosphere and was thoroughly cleaned. The size was just right, allowing for a relaxing stay. Having a large public bath was an absolute requirement, so although the room was a bit compact, it wasn't too crowded and I was able to enjoy it comfortably. The breakfast buffet included many local ingredients and was delicious. The price wasn't too expensive, so I would definitely stay again.

As expected, the breakfast at Hotel Route Inn chains is delicious! 😋 I woke up to a pleasant morning and enjoyed my trip! ✈️ Plus, when I stayed at this hotel, I forgot my charging cable and socks in my room, but they delivered them all the way to my house (and I paid for them!)... 🙏 I apologize for the inconvenience, but thanks to them, I had a wonderful trip! ✨

The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel even offered delicious pan-fried dumplings for a late-night snack. The AEON shopping mall is also within walking distance.

Towels had black stains. Breakfast wasn't hot enough and had limited selection. Insufficient parking. Hotel didn't respond to online inquiries. Never hire them again, blacklisted. Never come back; they completely lowered the standard for Japanese hotels.

Unusual group guests. The dining room was too crowded. And because group guests are given priority, I couldn't eat breakfast and had to check out because I had to work. The front desk just said "Ah ah" and didn't help at all. I will never use this hotel again

Although the location is a bit remote, the hotel facilities and services are very good. The room is relatively large and has a separate desk for work. The large bath is highly recommended and can relieve the fatigue of travel.

It's a bit far from the center, but there is a metro nearby and you can get to Sendai station by it. I don't recommend using it as a hub, because the main and useful forks are from Sendai Station. 3 smoking rooms on the 1st/5th/10th floors, which is convenient There is even a vending machine with cigarettes in the smoking room on the 1st floor
