The location is great, very close to JR Sendai Station. The room is also spacious enough. You can find plenty of shopping and dining options right inside Sendai Station, and there are also department stores and Maruzen bookstore nearby.

Very cosy room, the room was just enough for two people, very good breakfast, even though the dishes are the same every day. The public bath is not big, and I really dislike that a female staff member walks into the men's changing room where people are completely naked.

The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was rich and delicious, and the hot spring was excellent, even with ice cream available. It's also close to the station, and Nishikicho Park and Tohoku University are just a 15-minute walk away. There are many dining options nearby.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the location couldn't be more convenient. Sendai is such a comfortable and pleasant city, and the shopping is fantastic. I'll definitely be back to Sendai, and I'll definitely stay at Hotel Monterey Sendai again.

Right across from Sendai Station, the room was more spacious than typical hotel rooms. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide selection including grilled beef tongue, salmon, and sushi. The hot spring bath was also very large.

Traveled with colleagues and their families. The location is very convenient, with many large shopping malls nearby for easy shopping. There are also convenience stores and dining options readily available. The only downside is that the room is too small; with two 26-inch suitcases, there's no space to move around.

Our room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, with a flat-screen TV offering a good selection of satellite channels. One of the highlights of our stay was the natural hot spring spa, which was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Sendai. The hotel also offers several dining options, providing a good variety of choices without having to leave the property. Overall, Hotel Monterey Sendai combines an excellent location, distinctive character, comfortable accommodations, and relaxing hot spring facilities. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Sendai.

The hotel is located near sendai station and staff is really nice! The room is quite big and onsen is superb!! Very clean and comfortable bed and room.

Excellent location, just a stone's throw from Sendai Station. The room was quiet, and the bedding was comfortable. A soak in the upstairs hot springs before bed was perfect for unwinding. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of high-quality dishes. All the staff were polite and courteous. Highly recommend staying here.

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from Sendai Station's West Exit. The room was very clean, and housekeeping did a thorough job. On the top floor, there's a natural hot spring and a lounge, perfect for unwinding after a long day of travel.

Great location, very close to the station. The large public bath's hours aren't very convenient, as it closes at 9 AM. The facilities are also quite old.
