Toyoko Inn Sendai Nishi-Guchi Hirose-Dori

The staff's service was the worst of any business hotel I've ever stayed at. They were very businesslike and would interrupt your conversation. And of course they didn't smile. The breakfast selection was excellent, but the taste... I'd say it was bad, rather than not tasty.

I used it for a live performance at the Sekisui Heim Super Arena. It's a little far from Sendai Station, but I was traveling by rental car so it wasn't a problem. I'd like to use it again.

餐廳較小，菜品橫向比較其他東橫屬於豐富。離車站有點距離，不過也不會有鐵道噪音。房間裏標準化程度高，無異味。

部屋も綺麗に掃除しており、駅前から近い割に夜は静かで、外の音も気にせず眠ることができました。ホテル従業員の対応も丁寧で好感が持てました。

スタッフの方々の対応は素晴らしかったです。 笑顔でとても丁寧にしていただきました。 設備が最先端とはいきませんが、無駄がなく、ベッドの仕様も私好みでゆっくりできました。 ちょっと駅から距離があるのと、横道に入るので行きはドキドキしてしまいました。

周りにたくさんの飲食店があり、非常に快適に過ごすことができました。また東北に行く際に利用したいと思います。
