Facilities: The in-room amenities are a bit dated, and for Chinese standards, the room is quite small, but thankfully it has everything you need. Cleanliness: It was clean, as is typical for Japanese hotels. Service: The service attitude was exceptionally good; they even called a taxi for us!

The hotel is quite large and conveniently located, less than a 10-minute walk to Sendai Station. There are several supermarkets nearby, as well as the famous Gyutan Zenjirou. There's also a drugstore right opposite. Overall, it offers great value for money.

The service is good. There're shops around the hotel, so it's easy to buy food and other stuff.

I booked a twin room to stay with my friend during our holiday in Tohoku area. The room is very clean, with all sufficient facilities. Bathroom is nice and also clean. We like the location which is in a walking distance to Sendai Station, Sendai Asaichi and Ichibanko walking avenue. We did not take the buffet breakfast so could not comment on it.

I forgot to take photos, but overall the room was incredibly cramped, barely fitting two small beds. However, the management was very well-organized. The mattresses were comfortable, and the cotton sheets were clean, hygienic, and soft against the skin. I stayed for four days, and the bedding was changed daily. Bottled water was also provided. This was the best sleep I had during my entire trip to Japan.

This hotel offers quite spacious rooms for Japan, and the hygiene is excellent. It's not too far from the JR station and the Sendai loop bus stop. There are several convenience stores nearby, and the hotel itself has a bit of an old-money vibe.

This hotel is a 10-minute walk from Sendai Station, with four or five convenience stores nearby. It's also very close to the Sendai Morning Market, and there's a free observation deck on the 30th floor of the building next door. Right outside the hotel, you'll find a wide variety of restaurants, including ramen shops, Chinese restaurants, and Japanese diners. The lobby has a style reminiscent of the early 20th century, and the rooms are very well-maintained and feel new. The bathtub is large, and a particularly great feature is how fresh the air in the room feels; you won't feel stuffy even after spending a long time there. The windows on the 8th floor can also be opened. The only minor drawback is that the room lighting is a bit too bright and not very soft. Both the mattress and pillows are very comfortable, and the front desk staff are highly professional. The beverage vending machine prices are also cheaper than what you'd typically find at other hotels.

near to train station. room size okay for 2 pax. toilet is roomy enough and body/hair washes are available. only hair dryer abit dusty.

Room is clean and new. The staff were all excellent. location is great..located very near to JR station.

Very pleasant stay. Firm bed and was well accommodated per request. Very quiet. I would definitely stay here again!

Everyone especially cleaning workers polite & helpful. Room small but locution great & toilet well equipped & clean. Lots of restaurants around. The local market nearby is a must-go. One minus though, counter staff can't easily understand our requests. Sendai is a great place but English is not a common tool for communication.

Location of the hotel is very good, located near Sendai Morning Market with many restaurants. Room is good and wider than Hotel in big city. Bes is comfortable. I definitely stay this hotel in next time.

A pleasant hotel to in stay which is in a very convenient location to town areas. We drive, so the parking availability is a relief. It cost ¥1,500/day. Our stay was comfortable.
