櫃檯人員非常親切，也有會說中文的服務人員。
房間大小對於一個人非常剛好，睡起來舒適溫馨。
只是進門時要小心不要撞到頭，冰箱空間較小。
隨附Refa的吹風機與平板夾。

部屋の湿気がすごくてシーツや掛け布団、掛けておいた服など湿ってしまうほどでした。空調が一括で管理されているようで、冷房からドライにすることもできなかったので、湿った布団で寝るのが不快でした泣
駅から近くて便利なのと外観や室内もとてもかわいかったのでそこだけ残念でした。

対応が全て丁寧で安心して宿泊できた。部屋の掃除も全て行き届いており、部屋が最大限に広く感じるような配置がされていて、部屋自体は12㎡に泊まったがそれ以上の広さに感じた。

駅から近いところだったのでとても便利でした
お掃除は行き届いていてすばらしかったのですが
バスルームに少し臭いがありました
床を定期的に洗剤で洗ったほうがよいかと思います
朝食は美味しく素敵でした
コーヒーも大変美味でした
また仙台に行くときは利用したいです
