The service was excellent throughout my stay, and I was very satisfied. I had a comfortable and relaxing time, perfect for just unwinding at the hotel. It's a great option to schedule one night of your Jeju trip to simply relax at the hotel instead of sightseeing.

Total cost was 7k, which might be even more affordable during the off-peak season. The breakfast was very satisfying, and I absolutely loved the Moonstone Fa Song. The hotel staff were very attentive, and they even helped me with taxi arrangements, which was super convenient. The room layout was well-designed and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back if I have the chance.

The public areas are still gorgeous, and Alesha was incredibly warm and helpful, resolving many of our issues. Highly recommend staying here.

The room is absolutely beautiful! The actual views and design are even more stunning and impressive than the pictures online, offering a real sense of depth and an amazing experience. My family and I had a wonderful trip to Jeju Island.

The value for money wasn't great. Having the bathroom and toilet on opposite sides of the room was quite inconvenient, and showering in the large bathtub felt awkward. There wasn't even a single tissue in the entire room. Overall, it didn't feel worth the price.

It was decent. The first two nights I stayed at Panas, and the room was really small. The room here, on the other hand, was much bigger. Maybe because I had a child with me, they even upgraded us to a suite for free! The suite had a bed for the little one, and breakfast and brunch for the child weren't charged extra; they were all complimentary. That was a really nice touch, and these two meals were included in the room rate. In other countries, check-out is often by 11 AM, but here you can still have brunch after checking out, which means you don't have to be bored waiting for a late-night flight at the hotel. Oh, and don't expect too much from the hotel's breakfast and brunch; they were just so-so. For brunch, there were a lot of raw foods like king crab, scallops, abalone, and salmon that I'm not used to eating. The staff were all very good; they'd greet us whenever we saw them. We could communicate using Apple's built-in translation app, and everyone was quite enthusiastic. The complimentary snacks and cookies, though, were delicious.

This is a fantastic hotel with an excellent location and stunning sea views. The hotel's dining options are extensive, especially the seafood buffet and the local black pork, which were both delicious. With hot springs and a swimming pool, it's perfect for a family getaway.

Great for a relaxing getaway. Breakfast offers a choice of set menus or a buffet, and the food is pretty good. The sea view rooms boast expansive and excellent views. The hotel grounds are lovely for a stroll, and you can get up close to the sea in the hotel's private area. The hotel architecture is quite unique.
