Excellent service. The room was spacious and warm. The orange trees in the courtyard were absolutely beautiful, I loved them. The surroundings were peaceful, and the bedding was clean. I truly enjoyed my stay. Fantastic!

We had a very present stay at the Hotel. However, during the first night, we experience some sewage foul smell and noise at about 12 am We called the reception and the personnel actually came to our room and attend to us very promptly. He fix the issue instantly. Thumbs up for being so attentive and helpful.

The room facilities and services were great. During my island tour these past few days, I noticed that most hotels and public restrooms generally have smart toilets, and the floors are clean with virtually no accumulated toilet paper. Japan and Korea definitely do a better job with public hygiene.

The hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop, convenience stores, and other amenities.

Overall, it was excellent. It's very close to the beach, and it's quiet at night. The rooms are huge, and there's a pool, making it great for a relaxing vacation. It doesn't really feel like a typical Korean hotel; it has more of a Maldives vibe, but with its own unique twist. I'll definitely go back. However, the facilities are a bit old. That's understandable, as older hotels tend to have these issues. Still, overall, I was very satisfied with my stay in Jeju. There's also a horse farm and a parking lot nearby.

The hotel is quite far from the city center, about 30 kilometers away. A taxi ride cost over 200 RMB. The beach is about a 2-kilometer walk from the hotel. The decor is a bit dated, and the overall environment is just average.

We booked a room type that no one else had booked yet. The heated pool was quite expensive, but we paid for it and booked it in advance. The water was as warm as a hot spring, and my elderly parents were quite happy. However, when I went for a swim at night, the water was no longer clean; there were some floating particles, and I'm not sure how that happened. The bed wasn't comfortable, and I didn't sleep well; it wasn't as comfortable and supportive as the guesthouses down the mountain.

This hotel is quite comfortable to stay in, and the breakfast is great. However, the location is a bit out of the way.

Absolutely amazing view. The in room pool and jacuzzi were perfect. Just note there is a charge for the adding warm water to the pool. Reception staff members Mr Chin and Mr Samuel very friendly and helpful, asked a lot of question and very patient. TV has Disney plus and Netflix for free and kitchen fully equipped.

Reached there after dinner and the front office personnel were very hospitable. They explained everything patiently and assisted us on our every request. Overall a pleasant stay, would recommend!
