The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, with no shops visible nearby. However, there's a bus stop close by. It's an 8km taxi ride to Olle Market. There's a CU convenience store on the first floor. The staff member during the day was very friendly and helpful, and the young lady working at night even spoke Chinese, which made communication very easy. The convenience store also sells room-temperature juice. Compared to hotels in Jeju City, the room rates here are much cheaper. The room itself was generally clean, and the toilet was a smart bidet. For consecutive stays, they replace towels and replenish mineral water.

The room was really spacious and they managed to get me a room on the 10th floor, which I was super happy with! Service: Super excellent! They have a dedicated luggage storage area, which was very convenient. Cleanliness: Very clean and tidy, and there's even a writing desk. Environment: Absolutely amazing! It's located halfway up the mountain, and there's a convenience store right upstairs. Shopping and dining nearby are also very convenient, and the view is spectacular. Facilities: Very new and great!

The room's location was just okay. It's quite a distance from the beach, about a 30-minute walk. However, it was incredibly quiet at night, with only the chirping of crickets, which was actually very soothing for sleep. Right across from the parking lot entrance on the second floor, there's a black pork restaurant that is absolutely delicious. The basic portion is 60,000 KRW, and it's so big that even two strong men couldn't finish it. Highly recommend!

The hotel facilities and environment were decent, and the front desk staff provided good service. However, the front desk strictly adhered to the 3 PM check-in policy. Even with a reservation or an unoccupied room, in China, it's common for hotels to allow early check-in if the room is empty or already cleaned after a guest checks out. The hotel front desk claimed they didn't know if the room was cleaned, but in China, front desk and housekeeping usually communicate in real-time. This felt truly unaccommodating for a hotel in a tourist city, falling short of expectations.
