Hotel staff needs to know basic English when working frontline. Hotel has no basic necessities.. such as iron and iron board. Extra pillows was required to pay.. Late check out for an hour also need to pay… comforter were torn. Such an unpleasant experience

Overall it was good. Location is also suitable for visitors (1 hour distance from airport). But its not near to beach and you cant have sea view even on 10th floor. Rooms were bit smaller than my expectations. Oven was missing in room, which i personally think should be included(should be muslim friendly).

This hotel has a big room and a clean toilet. Have a GYM and self laundry. And also 24 7-Eleven. From the airport take bus 800 or 801 direct to the hotel bus stop.
