The staff very helpfull and friendly. The location is near the olley market. It is just the room quite small. We don’t enough space to open our luggage.

Washing machine in the room is a plus but need to pay for the detergent if stay for less than 3 days. Twin room is a bit tight . Choose larger room if need more space for suitcases

A decent and comfortable stay. If there is not enough parking lot within the hotel, there is another parking space opposite the hotel. There is a washing machine within the room and the staff will give a free detergent pod if the stay is 3 nights and above. They also do provide a drying rack if required.

The location is great, very close to Olle Market, but the water pressure was really weak, which was a bit disappointing.

We stayed at Hotel Winstory for the first three nights of our family trip. While the room itself was fine, our check-in experience left a poor first impression that’s worth flagging for other travellers, especially families. We arrived at the hotel at 2:30pm with two young children who had just been on a red-eye overnight flight, exhausted and in need of rest. The official check-in time is 3pm, and the front desk staff member refused to let us check in early, even by a few minutes. When we explained our situation and asked if there was any flexibility, he was unable or unwilling to give a clear explanation for the refusal, and simply repeated that check-in was at 3pm. We had no choice but to wait in the lobby with the kids. Then, at 2:50pm, ten minutes before the supposed cutoff, he suddenly handed us the card key without explanation, despite having insisted just minutes earlier that 3pm was firm. What made this more frustrating was that the hotel was clearly only around half occupied throughout our stay, so there was no operational reason rooms couldn’t have been ready earlier. The rigid (and inconsistently applied) policy, combined with an unhelpful attitude at the front desk, made for an unnecessarily stressful start to our trip. If you’re travelling with young children and arriving on an early flight, be prepared to wait it out regardless of circumstances, and don’t expect much warmth from the front desk.

Generally pleasant experience. Decent room size with free parking and basic amenities. Location is convenient and peaceful.

Clean hotel, good location in Jeju. Walking distance to Seogwipo Maeil Olle Market. Massage chairs in the lobby is a bonus. Front desk was friendly and helpful.

An affordable place to stay. It's directly across from the Olle Trail Service Center, which is the starting point of Olle Trail Route 7 and the end point of Route 6, making it incredibly convenient for us who wanted to hike the Olle Trails. It's also a short walk to the Olle Market, where we found endless delicious street food. The Ewha Samgyetang (ginseng chicken soup) downstairs is definitely worth trying too. The hotel is relatively new and well-equipped. I'd suggest they provide shower caps in the rooms.

Exceed our expectation. The room is spacious and clean, equipped with fridge and washer. Excellent customer service.

Lovely hotel with basic amenities. The washing machine is a plus point. However difficult to find parking as the hotel parking is always full.

Does not have aircon during spring so it was very stuffy and warm in the room. Had to open the window and it was still warm and noisy.

I arrived in the evening and booked this hotel with the intention of going to Olle Market for a late-night snack. The location was great, very close to the market and with a convenience store right next door. The hotel interior was clean, and the large fridge, microwave, and small sink were perfect for enjoying our snacks. If I had stayed longer in Seogwipo, I definitely would have extended my stay here for a few more days!

The room was very clean. Even though it was a twin room, the size was spacious enough not to feel cramped. I must have gotten lucky because there was no strange smell. Inside the room, there's a microwave, a sink, and a medium-sized refrigerator. There's also a washing machine, but it's only available for stays of 3 nights or more. The overall condition is excellent, with linoleum flooring at the entrance and carpet in the bedroom. The interior is modern, and you can control the lighting and use outlets right by the bed. The location is the best part: Cheonjiyeon Falls and the submarine ride are right in front, and Olle Market is just a short walk away, making it perfect for an evening stroll and dinner after arriving at the hotel. The entrance to the underground parking lot is a bit tricky, but using the ground-level parking is more convenient. The only downside was that I heard hammering from the next room for about two hours in the middle of the night – the sound traveled directly, like clanking and thudding noises. Overall, it's excellent value for money.
