i had a room with washing machine inside (need to get own detergent, otherwise use the common guest one on the reception floor) and it had drying feature too! Got a drying rack from the reception as well. The room also had a sink and induction stove but had no other kitchen furnishings (eg: no pot, plates, utencils, etc) other than water boiler. However, one big downside to their room is the lack of sounproofing, i could hear the next room! Location-wise, is near Olle market snd bus stops but it was hard to find open restaurants sometimes..I recommend a nearby ramen shop called Japanese Rmane House Yurayura!!

Room was really nice but there was one big issue, a big mosquito problem coming through gaps in the window and or the vents. They provide bug spray but everyday; even when the window was closed, there would be a fresh family of mosquitoes. Also very dull vibe, the rooftop wasn’t used and the eating area had been closed. Wouldnt stay there again.

Room is spacious and clean. Building not well maintained. 3 days once housekeeping only. Near bus stop. need huge improvement in friendliness. Near Ollie market and food street so you can find restaurants easily. A CU just at downstairs. If you don't mind just have a place to rest and sleep not much requirements it is good enough.

This place seems good for a budget stay. If you're particular about cleanliness, you might want to look elsewhere!

Good location, parking close by as well as some parking at the hotel. The rooms were clean (bathroom could do with a bit of renovation), comfortable and spacious. The cleaning is every 3 days but fresh water and towels given everyday. We had a kitchen in our room but no way of utalising it as there were no pots, pans or cutlery.

Nice stay, it was clean and the staff was super friendl and helpful

I've been staying at this hotel for four years now whenever I come to town, and I always recommend it. It's the most comfortable, clean, and tidy place. The bazaar, market, shops, beach, and cafes are all nearby, and it's very well-connected.

The check in process is easy & location is superb near seogwipo olle market. Nothing to complain, all amenities are great

Booked this hotel solely based on TWO REASONS: 1) There is a picture showing a washing machine INSIDE THE ROOM 2) “Mountain View” stated CLEARLY as a feature of the room type I have selected. When we arrived we got neither the Washing machine INSIDE THE ROOM nor he mountain view. I did a quick check on the rooms on the same floor and found other one of them has a front loading washing machine within the room. But the front desk insisted that based on my booking I am not entitled to either feature BECAUSE IN OUR BOOKING DETAILS INSIDE TRIP.COM app these were not stated as a room feature , EVEN THOUGH “MOUNTAIN VIEW” is clearly stated! I challenged him that it is clearly stated in trip.com but he hurriedly said "sorry once you've used the room we won't change it for you". Such disgusting service attitude! I crossed check in the trip.com app again and I was shocked to find that for this hotel "MOUNTAIN VIEW" was stated in EVERY ROOM TYPE. So I raised a dispute with Trip.com but guess what? TRIP.COM threw me under the bus and said "oh the property owner can't speak Korean so we will get a Korean speaking colleague to check.", After which we received a disgusting reply saying "you have Washing machine use on reception level and your room has a window" That's it. And to make it worse, they do not provide bath towels, only hand towels. Absolutely disgusting hotel service and an equally disgusting, dishonest service from trip.com! They don't understand it isn't the point of whether I need the washing machine or the mountain view, it is the pure dishonesty in the way they have conducted themselves that made me unhappy. Ps: other obvious stupidy of the room amenities, we are given acooking hob that was installed the wrong way; the hob was orientated such that the control knob is on the inside. Shows a lot of wrong going on with this hotel. I won't recommend this to anyone at all, there are better choices around within short walking distance!

Good to stay at seogwipo area. Close to many hot spot near seogwipo area. Cheap and affordable

Quite spacious, hotel has the cooker & washing machine. Location is good, walking distance to market and a lot of eateries. Halal food very hard to get, so we ended bought some ready-to-cook seafood & cook ourselves.

It was such a pleasant stay in Hotel Seogwipo. The location is convenient and it’s a budget friendly hotel. Also, the staff in the reception is really accommodating! Kudos to this hotel!
