Everything was great except it was a bit hot (the central AC was off and it was sunny) and noisy (frequent vehicle traffic downstairs). The location was good, the service excellent, and it was very clean. There's a convenient supermarket nearby and the 600 airport shuttle is very close.

The front desk staff needs training how to communicate with foreign guests. The hotel is far away from everything, and many stores/restaurants around it were closer or reservation only. There is a 7/11 attached to the hotel so that saved me. The pool is moldy and stinky (so is the gym) occupied by kids taking swimming lessons or old people working out (not guests). In the spa a woman told me that I have to be *****, so I left even though I paid for it. The breakfast was disastrous, the elevators noisy (announcing every floor) and the room was actually decent. I couldn’t wait to leave though... never coming back!

Front desk staff Miss Moon is cheerful friendly and very helpful with local tips. Room is clean quiet and comfortable, great for 3 nights stay. 10 minutes walk to restaurants and supermarket. We prefer drive 15 minutes to olle market area for better restaurants

Check-in was super smooth. The room was clean and tidy, and having a convenience store right downstairs was really handy. There are also tons of restaurants within walking distance, offering plenty of choices, which was great.

Excellent business hotel for solo travelers. The location is very convenient: it's close to a major bus stop, has a taxi stand nearby, has a CVS next to it and a big supermarket (e-mart) nearby. Their reception service is very helpful. Although most amenities like breakfast, pool, gym and sauna need extra payment, this was a plus for me because I didn't need to use those.

Not so great. Room was dirty and smelled like mold and smoke. They lost my reservation and didn’t help me at all. I had to call trip.com and they admitted it was their fault. I asked for a room with a view or a higher floor was told no. Book somewhere else in town!

It was okay, just okay, okay.

The soundproof of this hotel was so badly poor. The people from the upstairs were so loud and they’re almost screaming every 5 min. It sounded like they’re having a party at midnight. I couldn’t sleep until 1-2am, and I complained about it the next day and found out the college students stayed. I stayed with my parents and given the room in 5th floor. I asked the hotel for a room from higher floors but I couldn’t get it. This hotel is pretty ok at decent prices that’s why college students can be staying. So just you note this. And this hotel doesn’t provide the normal parking lot. It is an automated parking garage(mechanical parking system) so only sedan/small cars can be parked. And the automated parking lot is closed after the business hours. So if you return in the late evening you need to park outside. The public parking lots are near. But it’s still very inconvenient in that most visitors have rental cars, of course it’s Jeju.

The hotel stay experience is good in general, staff is friendly and helpful, location is good as well. However I feel the mattress is a bit too soft and bouncing. If two persons sharing bed, any movement will disturb each other. But this is just my personal preference for more firm mattress. 😊

Excellent hotel in the region, with high quality breakfast and room.

We wanted to ask for bus details to Cheonjiyeon Waterfall but the front desk service guy told us he didn't know. He did not even make any effort in showing us any map or app and just brush off simply saying he doesn't know. Same thing happened that I asked whether can give plastic bag for wet umbrella and answer is straight no. How can the hotel employs such rude person for front desk services. Well unless they don't value foreigner customers.

Nice hotel but far from the airport and Jeju city, best to stay here if you have a car or are happy to pay for taxis as everything is far even though the island has a good bus networt. Couldn't fault the hotel though , they and the room was great (although the single room is small , but thials seems to be everywhere in S.Korea)

Good location, with eMart, bakery and eateries nearby. Room a bit small but well cleaned every day.

Excellent quality for the price. All amenities are clean and staff were friendly.
