Calling it a resort might be a bit of a stretch; it's more akin to the guesthouses you'd find in Dali or Lijiang in China. Perhaps due to space constraints, it wasn't as expansive as I'd imagined. However, the service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. They helped us book restaurants on Naver. Since I didn't have SNS, she proactively downloaded WeChat on her phone to communicate with us, and any issues were resolved very promptly.

Stayed at Sun & Moon Resort was pleasantly surprised. The ocean view from the room was simply stunning, especially in the morning. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, while the peaceful surroundings made it a perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast was delivered to the room daily, adding a nice personal touch. Location is slightly remote, so having a car helps, but the tranquility and scenery more than make up for it. Excellent value for money and a great choice for travellers seeking a quiet seaside retreat in Jeju.

The only issue with this hotel is its extreme remoteness. On our first day in Jeju, we stayed in Jeju City. The next day, after a Ctrip day tour that ended at 5:30 PM, the journey to this Seogwipo hotel was incredibly long. It's over 30 kilometers from Shilla Duty-Free Shop, and a taxi cost about ₩150,000 to get here. However, the hotel's views are unbeatable, and the rooms are great. It feels more like a blend of a motel and a resort. You can enjoy a private beach and private lawn, but the waves were too rough to swim. It's also very far from other attractions, with only a CU convenience store and a few local restaurants nearby, so options are limited. I'd advise tourists looking to visit attractions and shop to skip this one. It's perfect for those who just want to relax and enjoy the ocean. The hotel delivers breakfast to your room in the morning, and the front desk staff are all very enthusiastic and friendly.

Unbeatable sea view, cozy and inviting. The breakfast was plentiful, and the hospitality was excellent. Highly recommend! Especially the pillow, it was so comfortable that even I, an insomniac, slept soundly until morning. If the owner sees this, could you please tell me what kind of pillow it is and where I can buy one? Thank you!

The hotel's exterior is truly beautiful, comfortable, and peaceful. You get expansive sea views right from the room. The entire room is also very spacious and clean, though the bathroom is a bit dated. Everything else was fine. The hotel staff were the warmest and friendliest I encountered during my entire trip to Jeju Island. Breakfast was also very extensive!

Resort near the beautiful beach super relaxing place and staff are all friendly and nearby there are CU and good restaurants. Recommended.

The room is greatly decorated. Very spacious with nice view. The staff is nice. Only that the breakfast contains too much carb.

We had a wonderful stay at Sun and Moon Resort in Jeju. The highlight was absolutely the sea view – truly magnificent and worth waking up to every morning. The kids loved the breakfast, which made our family trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing getaway with stunning sea views and beach.

Big rooms, clean and comfortable beds. Quiet environment and facing the sea. Polite and helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay.
