The Best Jeju Seongsan Reviews

The hotel provide the basic amenities like shampoo and body wash. But it doesn't provide toothbrush or razor. In additional this is the 1st hotel that doesn't provide body size towel which is weird. In return they provide more medium sized towel. I like the hotel has a mini mart just downstairs that provide amenities if you need to get a last minute items for your hotel stay. Overall it is a decent hotel stay.

Spacious room with separate shower and toilet. Hotel is near major attractions. Ample parking at basement and opposite carpark.

The staff were very friendly and had no problem communicating in English! The rooms were comfortable and had convenient parking. There was a 7-Eleven in the lobby for easy shopping! The price was reasonable! Highly recommended!

I got a better room than expected with an amazing ocean view.  Hotel itself was great and staff at the reception nice & friendly :)

Place is true to description. Recommend it. Nice hotel with parking. Stayed 3 night, they will clean on the third day.

It provides a comfortable space for 4 people. We have king size and a double decker bed.

Quiet and clean, very close to Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak and the end of Olle Trail Route 1. Excellent!

Hotel only gave small face towels which is a bit ripped off. They don’t change bedsheets for us even though u stay for 2 days. Counter service is not friendly. They don’t help to throw rubbish as well, they ask me put the rubbish outside the door.

Hotel was clean and convenient to seongsu port. Good place to stay if you are visiting attractions around east Jeju.

Booked on behalf and stayed by children. Will be good if enough bottled water and toothbrushes are provided. Too basic hotel and cleanliness on carpet should be improved. Can feel the dust in room and air.

Great stay at Best Jeju Seongsan. The location is very convenient, close to Seongsan Ilchulbong and other attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a good place to stay when visiting Jeju.
