Excellent price and quality... The check-in process was easy, and the facilities were spotless. The parking lot is small with very few spaces, but there's a free parking area near the property, so it's not a problem. The sheets and towels were clean, though some were a bit worn, but overall, everything was fine.

Excellent! The transportation is convenient, and there are plenty of food options and supermarkets nearby. It's superb in every aspect, I love it! If I visit again, this will definitely be my top choice.

My itinerary on the last day of my trip was completely ruined. My original plan was to finish my laundry at the hotel by 7 p.m. and then head to the Olle Market by 9 p.m. But the hotel's washing machine ruined all my plans. After doing the laundry, my clothes smelled awful, and upon inspection, I found severe mold growing on the rubber seal and drum inside the washing machine. I couldn't understand why they were charging for such a service. The fees were also problematic. I paid 4,000 won for washing, 4,000 won for drying, 1,000 won for detergent, and 1,000 won for a dryer sheet, for a total of 10,000 won. However, when I requested a refund because the laundry wasn't done properly, even though I had inserted a 10,000 won bill, I was only given a refund of 8,000 won in coins. There was no explanation as to why 2,000 won had been deducted. In the end, I ended up going back to a nearby laundromat, wasting time and money, and had to give up my Olle Market trip. The hotel is a multi-use facility. The public laundry, its hygiene, its rate structure, and its refund policy were all poorly managed. More than the accommodation itself, I felt a strong sense of displeasure and distrust at the fact that they were charging for an unmanaged facility. Please keep this in mind if you plan to stay here.

The hotel's location is a bit tricky. Unless you're on business to a nearby public institution, there's probably no need to stay here. The only thing nearby seems to be the World Cup Stadium. Alternatively, it's a good idea to run to the World Cup Stadium in the morning, do a few laps, and then do some uphill running. The breakfast is average, with limited options, so you won't overeat, which is nice.

The hotel is located very close to the city of Seogwipo, with reasonable prices, a good environment, ample parking spaces, and a buffet breakfast available for an additional fee. There are two elevators, so you don't have to worry about long waits.

This accommodation is perfect in terms of value, location, cleanliness, and surrounding environment. The nearby Beophwanbsogu scenery is truly spectacular.

For this price, it's the best value for money. The only drawback is that the parking lot is small and you have to park in the tower, which is inconvenient. But other than that, everything else is great!

I don't know what to say. The hotel was so domineering; I booked the wrong room and they wouldn't give me a refund. Thanks to Ctrip for helping to resolve the issue and minimize my losses.

The facilities and service are both good, but aside from raw fish restaurants, there aren't many other types of restaurants nearby, so it's a bit disappointing to enjoy the diverse dinner options of Jeju Island.

The room was spacious and the front desk staff were very welcoming.

I rented 2 rooms for my family. I needed a triple room and I found it in this hotel. All the beds are separate. Clean and cozy room!!!
