You absolutely have to go for the sea view room, it's totally worth it – we even saw the sunrise! We were incredibly lucky to get a room upgrade. The environment is lovely, though you might have to wait for breakfast. The pool is great, and the lifeguards are particularly responsible. There's also a hot spring pool. English communication is fine. Most guests are Korean, with very few Chinese. There's live piano music, which is very elegant.

This hotel is excellent. The rooms are spacious and clean, and they even have balconies. The pools are beautiful and plentiful. Most importantly, the service is outstanding, from the front desk to the late-night meal service (the fried chicken was also delicious). It's a stark contrast to the Shinhwa Hotel. The ocean view is stunning, and it's right next to the folk village. It was a very comfortable stay. If you're not planning on exploring the city, this hotel is definitely the top choice for a vacation.

Absolutely loved this hotel! 1. The staff were all incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help, even with a slight language barrier. 2. The hotel facilities are excellent, especially the large and safe swimming pool. 3. It's within walking distance to Pyo Seon Beach, which was clean and not too crowded. I'll definitely be back and will recommend it to all my friends!

Very spacious and big, gym was great, everything was great. Facilities at hotel side. Didn’t eat there except for the bakery which was quite yummy (10% off for guests). Just a bit pricey for Jeju.

Good stay for families- enjoyed the spacious rooms. The breakfast was good quality and there was no line in the morning. Loved that the Folk Museum could be accessed from the hotel’s carpark. Really convenient as the folk museum has a great restaurant.
