Clean rooms and new facility. Overall an excellent location but only downside is the temperature control for the rooms were inadequate since the hotel uses central air.

This is a really good hotel! It’s clean, spacious, comfortable, high quality and not too far from areas such as Gangnam and Lotte World. As well as, the subway station is close by.
The area where the hotel itself is, there is a lot of restaurants and nice infrastructure.

I booked this hotel for my business clients.
1. Location is quite good as it is close to Gangnam area.
2. Hotel was clean and cannot complain about it.
3. Front desk staffs were friendly. But if you try to dial them for the extension of the stay, it was so difficult to make a phone call with the front desk. No response in many cases.
There was no bell boy and no concierge service at all. You will have to carry your own bags, no matter how big it is. If you get the room for your business clients, it can be very embarrassing as they do not provide such a concierge service. I hope the hotel management increases the number of employees for the concierge service.

Cheap when you are military related, we were not we had pay in full. Everyday same breakfast was little bit boring.
