It's about a fifteen-minute walk to the subway station. The lobby is spacious and clean. Big room and clean.

It's quite convenient. It's less than a 10-minute walk to the subway station, and the airport shuttle bus stops right at the entrance. It's a bit far from the city center, but you can take subway line 2 directly there. The room has everything you need and is very clean. There are lots of places to eat nearby, and there's even an Olive Young right downstairs.

The room has USB ports for convenient charging and a smart toilet. The only downside is that the room is a bit small.

This is a really great hotel, honestly the best one I've stayed at in Korea. I loved the decor and cleanliness, and the facilities and tea bags were all excellent. It's not far from Guro Digital Complex subway station, there's an Olive Young downstairs, and plenty of places to eat nearby. It's a fantastic hotel, I'll definitely stay here again next time!

I occasionally stay at this hotel when I'm in Korea for business, but this time the cleanliness was really poor. I stayed for 10 days, and the room attendant's cleaning was very unsatisfactory. I had to complain to the front desk three times just to get a basic level of cleanliness. They practically didn't wipe the tables or clean the floors.

The Incheon Airport bus goes directly to the hotel. The breakfast is rich with a diverse selection of food. The hotel facilities and environment offer excellent value for money.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. The 6004 airport bus stops right outside, and the subway station is only about 300 meters away. Plus, there's a large E-mart supermarket nearby. The only downside was the breakfast; it was too simple. I stayed for 7 days, and they didn't change a single dish, and there weren't many options to begin with. By the last few days, I was just eating bread and coffee every morning 😂

Everything are good -Location close to public train, local Resturant and other convenient store plus coffee shop -Price is a bit expensive compare to room type and service -Breakfast is continental buffet style but the flavor is not much delicious -AC can turn on but can not adjust temperature and feel like it’s not working at winter season but they did provide the electric fan if we request -Airport bus station is in front hotel entrance so this is bonus

I've stayed here many times. The hotel is located in the business district, surrounded by numerous restaurants and food streets. It's very close to the subway station, and the airport shuttle bus stops right in front of the hotel, which is incredibly convenient! The staff, both the men and women, provide excellent service! Definitely worth frequent visits!

Although the hotel is a bit old, the facilities inside are very well-maintained and modern. The room size is moderate, and the soundproofing is good. The gym was a pleasant surprise—large and well-equipped with various machines. Breakfast was quite rich with plenty of choices.

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good. The bathroom facilities were complete. The service was excellent, and it offered great value for money, though the room size was a bit small. Overall, it's a very suitable option for travelers.

Extremely satisfied with every aspect, truly living up to the Lotte Group's reputation. The hotel is excellent; you can tell from the装修 materials alone that it's much more thoughtfully designed than the Fairfield Inn I stayed at previously. The wooden room doors are thick and provide great soundproofing. The service is exceptional, with the lobby staff being very warm, friendly, and attentive.

The room was super clean! They even upgraded me to a room with an electric bed. The washing machine was also very clean, but you'll need to bring or buy your own laundry detergent. The front desk service was perfectly fine! There's an E-Mart nearby, though it's a bit of a walk to the subway station.

There's a mall downstairs, so basic dining needs are covered. If you turn left out of the hotel, there's also an Olive Young where you can buy all sorts of popular trending products. Since I was on a business trip, I didn't pay much attention to the distance, but the Jimmy Choo store in Ginza is about a 2-minute walk away, just turn out onto the small street and you'll see it. The location is convenient. There's a Lawson and a Family Mart downstairs, so if you really come back late, it's easy to grab something to eat. The bathroom is quite large for a Japanese hotel of its kind. Overall, I'm very satisfied. This area seems to be an industrial zone, though.
